
Women’s Basketball Lands Eight National TV Games

BIRMINGHAM – Texas A&M women's basketball team was chosen to be televised on SEC Network for eight games during the 2025-26 season, the league announced Wednesday.
The Aggies' nationally televised slate begins at home Dec. 3 versus Georgia Tech as part of the ACC-SEC Challenge. The Maroon & White's home contests against LSU (Jan. 22), South Carolina (Feb. 2), Alabama (Feb. 8) and Auburn (Feb. 15) are also scheduled to be broadcast on SEC Network.
On the road, Texas A&M will be featured on SEC Network against Texas (Jan. 18), Missouri (Jan. 25) and Kentucky (Feb. 12). Full schedule and tip times can be found on 12thman.com.
Fans can support the program by joining the Aggie Fast Break Club and purchasing season tickets for the upcoming year. Additionally, Beyond Basketball memberships are available. Texas A&M's season begins Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. inside Reed Arena versus A&M-Corpus Christi.
Texas A&M is led by Olympic gold medal winning coach and 2025 Carol Eckman Integrity in Coaching Award recipient Joni Taylor. Taylor enters her fourth season guiding the Aggies and is joined by returner Lauren Ware who paced the squad and was third in the SEC in blocks per game (1.75) during the 2024-25 campaign.
Taylor also signed seven transfers, including Fatmata Janneh, who led the country in defensive rebounds (9.7) last season, and the reigning MAAC Defensive Player of the Year Ny'Ceara Pryor, who produced the most steals per game in the nation (4.1) last year.
