
Softball Welcomes Top-10 2026 Signing Class

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – Texas A&M softball head coach Trisha Ford announced the signing of seven student-athletes, ranking the 2026 class No. 8 nationally according to Rivals/Softball America and D1 Softball.
The loaded class features five signees ranked in the top 100 nationally, including four in the top 50. Six signees earned four-star rankings, while two were the top-ranked recruit of their state. Darby Burnett (Bentonville, Ark.), Taylor Hampton (Mesa, Ariz.), Presley Kilgore (Emory, Texas), Aubrey Moore (Acworth, Ga.), Abreya Perry (Valley Center, Kan.), Reagan Rohrlich (The Woodlands, Texas) and Milan Torres (Long Beach, Calif.) make up A&M's 2026 signing class.
Darby Burnett – Pitcher (R/R) – Bentonville, Ark. (Bentonville HS)
Previous Athletic Experience: Tabbed a four-star prospect and ranked No. 108 nationally by Rivals/Softball America … Top-ranked prospect from Arkansas and No. 29 ranked pitcher in the 2026 class … Four-year varsity letter winner at Bentonville High School coached by Kenty Early … Played club ball for Hotshots National 18U Nelson coached by Nathan Nelson … Plans to major in sports management.
Taylor Hampton – Infield (R/R) – Mesa, Ariz. (Hamilton HS)
Previous Athletic Experience: Rated a four-star prospect and No. 58 nationally by Rivals/Softball America … Ranked fifth in her position from Arizona and No. 25 overall in the 2026 signing class … Four-year varsity member at Hamilton High School coached by Lauren Rosales Register … Played for KC Jackson and Impact Gold Jackson 18U for club ball in 2025 … Was a member of the AZ Rising Appel 18U who won the PGF National Championship … Is an active member of Fellowship Christian Athletes (FCA) and plans to major in biology of science.
Presley Kilgore – Catcher (R/R) – Emory, Texas (Rains HS)
Previous Athletic Experience: A four-year starter at Rains High School coached by Scott Delozier and played club ball for Texas Glory coached by Kevin Shelton … In 2025, she repeated as both a TGCA and TSWA 3A All-State selection, earned Academic All-District honors and was named RHS Offensive Player of the Year … As a sophomore she earned District 12-3A Offensive Player of the Year, TGCA 3A All-State and TSWA 3A Honorable Mention All-State honors … In 2023, she was named District 12-3A Newcomer of the Year and garnered TGCA 3A All-State Team honors … Active member of National Honor Society and Fellowship Christian Athletes … Plans to major in kinesiology.
Aubrey Moore – Infield (R/R) – Acworth, Ga. (Allatoona HS)
Previous Athletic Experience: Ranked a four-star recruit and No. 50 nationally by Rivals/Softball America … No. 8 ranked prospect in Georgia and No. 22 infielder nationally … Four-year starter at Allatoona High School coached by Brad Strickland and played club ball for Birmingham Thunderbolts coached by Rock Thompson … Owns Allatoona school records in home runs, batting average and walks … Is an active member of Athletic Leadership and AP Leadership … Plans to major in biology.
Abreya Perry – Outfield (L/R) – Valley Center, Kan. (Valley Center HS)
Previous Athletic Experience: Tabbed a four-star prospect and No. 48 nationally by Rivals/Softball America … Top-ranked recruit overall recruit from Kansas and eighth-best outfielder nationally … A four-year starter at Valley Center High School coached by Keira Ortiz and plays club ball for Aces Fastpitch coached by Ryan Taylor … Is a three-time All-League, two-time All-Metro and two-time All-State player at Valley Center … An active member of Fellowship Christian Athletes, Letterwomans Club and Friendship Club … Plans to major in public health.
Reagan Rohrlich – Outfield (L/R) – The Woodlands, Texas (The Woodlands Christian Academy)
Previous Athletic Experience: Rated a four-star recruit and No. 45 nationally by Rivals/Softball America … Ranks No. 7 overall in the Lone Star State and No. 7 outfielder nationally … Four-year varsity letterman at The Woodlands Christian Academy coached by Joshua Culp and plays club ball for Impact Gold Jackson 18U coached by KC Jackson … Is a three-time All-State Honoree and three-time First Team All-District member … Has reached base in every varsity game played over the past three seasons … As a junior, she was named All-Greater Houston Hitter of the Year, TAPPS 5A State All-Tournament Team … Also ran track and was a state qualifier in the 300m hurdles and 4x100m relay … Plans to major in communications.
Milan Torres – Outfield (L/L) – Long Beach, Calif. (Seckinger HS)
Previous Athletic Experience: Ranked a four-star recruit and No. 32 nationally by Rivals/Softball America … Fifth-best overall prospect in California and No. 5 outfielder nationally … Coached by Cameron Crawford at Seckinger High School and played club ball for Nathan Nelson with Hot Shots National Nelson … In 2025, she totaled 31 home runs and did not strike out, while she earned Region 5A Player of the Year honors … In 2024, she broke the county home run record and earned GHSA Region 7-5A Player of the Year, Gwinnett County Diamon Club Player of the Year, SKG Co-Offensive Player of the Year and Scholar-Athlete Awards … Plans to major in sports management.
