In singles, No. 22 Mia Kupres fell short to No. 113 Berta Passola Folch of California, 6-3, 6-2.

No. 38 Kupres/Daria Smetannikov lost to Gabriella Broadfoot/Victoria Osuigwe of NC State, 6-2, 6-2, to end their run in the championship.

Up next, the Maroon & White battle in a doubleheader against Tulane and Lubbock Christian on Jan. 16 to begin their spring non-conference schedule.
