COACH'S QUOTES
Head coach Mark Weaver
On fighting for every point…
"They were out there fighting for every point with their heart and soul. It doesn't get much more exciting than that in athletics. What an amazing college tennis match. We just fought and fought for every point there and ultimately pulled away from the match."
On the team using their strengths and playing with heart…
"We talk a lot about using our strengths and stepping up in the big points, using the things that work and finding the patterns that are working throughout the match. I think we really focused on that at the end. When these dual matches come down to the line it's more about playing with your heart than it is about the X's and O's."
