White Tops Maroon, 19-7, at Spring Game

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The 2025 Maroon & White Game saw the White team claim a 19-7 victory Saturday afternoon at Kyle Field.
For the White team, Freshman Marco Jones was dominant up front with 5.0 sacks for a total of 6.0 tackles for loss. Izaiah Williams led the offensive attack hauling in four passes for 51 yards and a touchdown.
Newcomers KC Concepcion and Mario Craver led the offense for the Maroon team. Concepcion totaled 64 yards on a game-high seven receptions, Craver added 78 yards on five catches. Marcus Ratcliffe led the defensive efforts with six tackles on the day.
The White team secured the first points of the contest after Jared Zirkel sent a 34-yard attempt through the uprights. The graduate kicker successfully made a 49-yard attempt in the second quarter to extend the lead.
The Maroon team responded in the second half as Ashton Bethel-Roman brought in a 15-yard touchdown reception.
The Aggies open the 2025 season August 30 against UTSA at Kyle Field.
