Aggies, Mustangs Slated to Clash in Arlington

ARLINGTON, Texas – The Texas A&M men's basketball team is slated to face SMU in the Hoop Hype XL College Basketball Showcase on Sunday, Dec. 7 at the College Park Center in Arlington, Texas, the event organizers announced Tuesday morning.
The Aggies have claimed eight of the last 10 meetings with Mustangs, including a 79-66 victory in Dallas in 2023. The matchup will be the final non-conference road game of the year for the Maroon & White and the first meeting between the two programs as members of Power 4 conferences after SMU joined the ACC in 2024.
