Sep 16, 2025 | Women's Tennis
BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – Texas A&M women's tennis team unveiled its 2025-26 non-conference schedule, head coach Mark Weaver announced Tuesday.
The Aggies host four competitors at Mitchell Tennis Center to start the season. The Maroon & White compete in a doubleheader against Tulane and Lubbock Christian on Jan. 16. The Aggies play another doubleheader Jan. 18, facing Air Force and Sam Houston.
Texas A&M host the ITA Kickoff Weekend on Jan 24-25. The tournament field includes Arizona State, TCU, and Michigan State. The Aggies face the Spartans to open the weekend with the winners playing the next day.
The Maroon & White hit the road with back-to-back matches at Pepperdine and San Diego in California, Jan. 30 and Feb. 1.
If the Aggies win their ITA Kickoff Weekend tournament, they play in the ITA National Team Indoor Championship Feb. 6-10. The first two rounds are contested in Evanston and Champaign, and the last two rounds in Evanston. Texas A&M had its best result at the tournament last season, finishing as runner-up. The route to the finals included downing No. 11 Texas, 4-2, and No. 12 Oklahoma, 4-2, before falling to No. 1 Georgia, 4-1.
