Women’s Tennis Adds International Standout

COLLEGE STATION – The Texas A&M women's tennis team signed international Arina Bulatova, head coach Mark Weaver announced Wednesday.

"We are very excited to announce the signing of Arina," Weaver said. "She is a very talented player with a very high end. She is a great addition to our team. We are looking forward to helping Arina become the best tennis player that she can be. We are also looking forward to Arina helping us bring more championships home to Texas A&M.”

Bulatova owns five career ITF titles, including three singles wins. She claimed W15 Antalya in 2025 along with two W15 Kursumlijska Banja titles in 2024. She earned 2025 doubles trophies at W15 Monastir and W35 Kursumlijska.

The rankings peak for the Samara, Russia native includes No. 457 for WTA singles and No. 359 for WTA doubles. During her junior career, she climbed to No. 74. She won one singles and four doubles titles on the ITF junior circuit.
