Aggies Earn 15th Straight United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Texas A&M Aggies were recognized for their scholastic success, receiving the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award as the organization announced its list of honorees for the 2025-26 school year.
The Aggies earned the award for the 15th year in a row and the 17th overall, registering a 3.46 grade-point average for fall 2025 and spring 2026.
A team must have a composite team GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) for all players who appeared on the official NCAA roster forms for the fall season (2025) to be considered for the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award.
Last year the Maroon & White picked up an ensemble of academic awards. Six players earned a spot on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, including active Aggies Trinity Buchanan, Kat Campbell and Hattie Patterson.
Texas A&M had 24 players earn a spot on the Dean’s Honor Roll last fall. The list featured 10 active A&M players, including Buchanan, Campbell, Riley Crooks, Leah Diaz, Sydney Fuller, Emma Hoang, Lucy Landherr, Patterson, Mia Scranton and Holly Storer.
The Aggies had 12 players listed on the 2025 SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll and nine named to the 2025-26 First-Year SEC Academic Honor Roll.
