NORMAN, Okla. – Texas A&M men’s golf standout Jack Usner earned 2025-26 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar honors for the second consecutive year, the Golf Coaches Association of America announced Tuesday.
Jack Usner competed in eight events during the 2025-26 season, recording a 73.1 scoring average across 21 rounds. He turned in his best finish of the year with a tie for 38th at the John A. Burns Intercollegiate. Usner also placed 47th at the Louisiana Classics and 58th at the SeaBest Invitational while competing in seven stroke play events and one match play contest. He concluded the season with a No. 892 national ranking.
To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar, an individual must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically. In addition, one must participate in 50 percent of the team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 76.0 and maintain a cumulative grade-point average of 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their college or university.
