BIRMINGHAM – Coming off its 2025 national championship, the Texas A&M volleyball team is slated for 13 nationally broadcast matches, including an SEC-leading 10 appearances across ESPN networks in 2026, the SEC office announced Wednesday.
In addition to its 10 appearances across the ESPN family of networks, Texas A&M is scheduled for three nationally televised matches on FS1 and the Big Ten Network.
The slate is highlighted by a pair of fixtures on ESPN’s flagship channel, as they face the reigning SEC Champions and national runners up, Kentucky, Oct. 25 and follow that up a week later versus Texas, Nov. 1.
Three non-conference contests land on ESPN2, including the opening two games of the season at AVCA First Serve held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, versus Louisville (Aug. 21) and SMU (Aug. 23). The final fixture versus Stanford held at the ESPN Wide World of Sport Complex in Kissimmee, Florida, for the second annual Shriners Children’s ‘Showdown at the Net’ ACC/SEC Challenge.
The remaining five matches on the ESPN family of networks will be played on the SEC Network. The first is versus Wisconsin, Sept. 12, followed by SEC contests against Oklahoma (Oct. 7), Arkansas (Oct. 11), Florida (Oct. 16) and Georgia (Oct. 23).
Rounding out the broadcasts, A&M heads to West Lafeyette, Indiana, for the inaugural Big Ten/SEC Volleyball Challenge Week where it takes on hosts Purdue on FS1 (Sept. 1) and Indiana on the Big Ten Network (Sept. 2). The final match airs on FS1 when the Maroon & White head to Omaha, Nebraska, to take on the Creighton Bluejays on Sept. 20.
