CARY, N.C. – Texas A&M’s Lexington Reed secured a win in her first match of 2026-27 in the qualifying draw at the ITA All-American Championships Monday at Cary Tennis Park.
No. 60 Reed defeated Tegan Bush of LSU, 7-5, 6-1, to advance to the Round of 32 of the qualifying draw.
Reed will face No. 98 Allegra Korpanec Davies from Florida on Tuesday for a spot in the main draw.
The main singles draw begins Wednesday as No. 49 Kristina Paskauskas has claimed her spot.
In doubles, No. 34 Paskauskas/Reed begin their competition in the main draw which also starts Wednesday.
