Texas A&M opens SEC road play Saturday as the Aggies travel to Baton Rouge to take on No. 10 LSU at 6:30 p.m. at Tiger Stadium.
The Aggies have won back-to-back games against the Tigers, including three of the last four meetings. The last time Texas A&M won three straight against LSU was between 1991 and 1995, when they won five straight. That is also the last time A&M has won back-to-back games in Baton Rouge.
A&M ranks 2nd in the SEC and 7th in the FBS, in 3rd down defense, allowing just seven conversions on 31 attempted 3rd down plays (23%). LSU enters Saturday with a 56% success rate (28 for 50), 3rd in the SEC and 13th in the FBS.
