COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Texas A&M Athletics announced Thursday an expanded football radio lineup for the 2026 season, adding new voices and enhanced pregame coverage to the Texas A&M Sports Network.
Andrew Monaco will return for his ninth season as the play-by-play voice of Texas A&M football. Joining Monaco in the booth once again will be former Texas A&M All-American Dave Elmendorf, who returns as the color analyst, while former Aggie and longtime radio personality Will Johnson will continue to provide reports from the sideline.
The network also welcomes two new voices to its football pregame coverage, as Giovanni Heater and former Texas A&M football player Shea Walker ’86 team up to host the newly announced Spec’s 12th Man Tailgate Show.
The two-hour pregame show sets the stage for each Aggie football game, featuring conversations, analysis, interviews and stories from around the program leading into kickoff. For home games, Heater and Walker will broadcast live from outside Kyle Field near the 12th Man statue at the northeast corner of Kyle Field, while road-game broadcasts will originate from the Texas A&M studio.
The expanded pregame presence gives Aggie fans more opportunities to hear from familiar voices while getting closer to the team, coaches and storylines surrounding each game.
The Texas A&M Sports Network will continue to carry the complete game broadcast throughout the 2026 season, with Monaco, Elmendorf and Johnson providing the call beginning 30 minutes before kickoff. The network reaches listeners throughout Texas, with broadcasts available in both English and Spanish.
Fans can also listen to all pregame, game and postgame coverage throughout the season inside the 12th Man App. The app provides Aggie fans with access to Texas A&M football radio coverage wherever they are.
