Women’s Golf Unveils Spring Schedule

COLLEGE STATION – The Texas A&M women’s golf team announced its 2027 spring schedule, which is highlighted by the Aggies’ home tournament, the 23rd “Mo” Morial Invitational and a road trip to Hawaii for the prestigious Nanea Cup.

The Aggies open the spring Jan. 31-Feb. 2 at the Therese Hession Regional Challenge which takes place at the Palos Verdes Golf Club in Palos Verdes Estates, California. The second spring tourney is Feb. 14-16 at Suntree Country Club at the Moon Golf Invitational in Melbourne, Florida.

The previously-released Nanea Cup is March 11-14 and is a first-of-its-kind LPGA-NCAA crossover event, featuring some of the highest profile and most successful collegiate programs in the country alongside 95 tour golfers. The Nanea Cup will be played at the Nanea Golf Club in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.

Texas A&M takes part in the Charles Schwab Women’s Collegiate in Fort Worth at the Colonial Country Club March 22-23. The Aggies wrap up the regular season with the “Mo” Morial Invitational April 5-6 at Traditions Club in Bryan. The “Mo” is named for Aggie golfer Monica Welsh, who passed away in a tragic car accident in 1992.

The Maroon & White’s first tee time of the 2026-27 campaign is at the Folds of Honor Collegiate Sept. 7-9. They are led by sixth-year head coach Gerrod Chadwell and preseason All-Americans Vanessa Borovilos and Cayetana Fernandez Garcia-Poggio.
