Coming off the programs first NCAA national title, the defending champion Aggies were selected for the AVCA First Serve for the second-straight season. In last year's appearance, Texas A&M's contest versus Minnesota kickstarted the program's record-breaking season, as they downed the Golden Gophers in four sets (3-1) in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
"We're excited to be selected for the AVCA First Serve again this year," head coach Jamie Morrison said. "This event is helping further the game of volleyball through some innovative changes, and we're thrilled to be a part of it. It's going to be full of great matches, and our group is ready for the challenge in Milwaukee."

The Maroon & White return eight members of their 2025 title winning team, including AVCA All-American and NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player Kyndal Stowers. The new-look Aggies added seven new additions to the Spring roster which includes four freshmen and three impact players from the transfer portal. The group will also add a fifth member of the rookie class who joins the team in the Summer.
