Game Highlights

Postgame: Mike Elko

Proud of the response. Challenged the guys to come out and play physical and control the line of scrimmage, and I thought we were able to do that. I thought we were able to establish the run offensively. And when the game was still in doubt defensively I thought we were able to take the run away...We did a really nice job on special teams trying to control the game that way, and then obviously won the turnover battle and thought we did a good job protecting the football. And so it was good to bounce back. It was good to get back in the win column and push this thing back in a positive direction.

-- Mike Elko

Postgame: KJ Edwards

We knew coming into the week we wanted to establish the running game. And Coach Wiggins put in the best position to maximize our run game and the o-line controlled line of scrimmage...It speaks for itself.

-- KJ Edwards

Postgame: Landon Rink

I feel like we just had the mindset that we needed to respond. We've been really hammering in...that we need to respond to adversity. What are we going to do when adversity strikes? So that was just a little bit of adversity and we fought through it.

-- Landon Rink

Postgame: David Olano

First and foremost, I gotta give glory to God. It's such a blessing to be in this position, to come out here every Saturday with brothers and just play with the ability that was gifted us. Honestly, It's amazing....man, that felt good. I knew I had the range for it. I love that Coach trusted me with that and obviously love that I was able to convert that and kind of help the team in that way going into the half.

-- David Olano on his 57-yard field goal
