FORT WORTH – The Texas A&M men’s tennis team continues its fall schedule at the ITA Regional Championships held at the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center, October 8-12.
The Aggie look to build off a strong fall opener, as they punched their first ticket to the NCAA Singles Championships at the ITA All-American Championships thanks to a quarterfinals berth for Theo Papamalamis in the main draw singles.
Texas A&M looks to book more spots to the NCAA Championships, as it sends eight players to the Regional Championships at the home of the TCU Horned Frogs. The list of Aggies competing at the championships includes Ilia Snitari, Kriish Tyagi, Hamza Nasridinov, Bor Artnak, Lathan Skrobarcek, Alex Frusina, James Quattro and Ritesh Patil. All members of the Maroon & White will compete in both the singles and doubles draws.
There are 13 sites for the ITA Regional Championships, with 26 singles spots and 13 doubles entries up for grabs at the NCAA Singles & Doubles Championships. The two singles finalists and the doubles winners earn a spot at the final tournament of the fall season.
