October means that the start of basketball season is closer than ever--and that its time for the SEC Basketball Tipoff.
The annual event brings all 32 teams (16 men's, 16 women's) to the Birmingham area for a one-day car wash that puts basketball front and center in front of the cameras. This year's festivities will take place on Wednesday (Oct. 14).
The Aggies will be represented by four members of the program--head coach Joni Taylor, seniors Janae Kent and Salese Blow, and grad transfer Kailyn Gilbert. All three players will be attending for the first time.
SEC Network will provide wall-to-wall coverage beginning at 9 a.m.
