BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – Texas A&M divers Gabby Filzen, Jaxon Bowshire, Emilio Trevino and Matthew Aigner punched their tickets to the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships in the platform dive on the final day of the NCAA Zone D Championships on Wednesday at the Student Recreation Natatorium.
Filzen, a sophomore from Schwenksville, Pa., followed up her strong performance at the SEC Championships by earning her first career trip to the NCAA Championships by placing sixth with a 10-dive total of 530.30 points. She finished strong with a score of 281.30 on her five dives in the final.
