
Aggies Earn 10th Consecutive Regional Bid, Host at Traditions Club

INDIANAPOLIS – The Texas A&M men's golf team was selected to participate in its 10th consecutive NCAA postseason, hosting the Bryan Regional slated for May 18-20 at Traditions Club.
The Maroon & White are the No. 5 seed in the 14-team regional. The top five finishers advance to the NCAA Championship contested at Omni La Costa Spa and Resort in Carlsbad, California, May 29-June 3.
The Aggies will make their 51st NCAA postseason appearance, including the 22nd in the last 23 completed seasons. The NCAA has hosted regionals since 1989 and the Maroon & White have earned 33 trips in that span.
The top four seeds in the regional are No. 4 Texas, No. 9 North Carolina, No. 16 Tennessee and No. 21 New Mexico. The regional features four squads from the Lone Star State, including Texas, Texas A&M, TCU and UTRGV.
Texas A&M is amid a successful 2025-26 campaign. The Maroon & White own three tournament wins for the second consecutive season. Ol' Sarge's charges have brought home the trophy at the 2nd Swing Gopher Invitational, Steelwood Collegiate and Louisiana Classics. They also finished runner-up at the John A. Burns Intercollegiate and third at the Marquette Intercollegiate, SeaBest Invitational and Tar Heel Invitational.
The Aggies boast two players in the top 60 of the Scoreboard National Rankings powered by Clippd, including Wheaton Ennis at No. 53 and Aaron Pounds at No. 55. Freshman Shiv Parmar is nearing the top 100 at No. 103.
Traditions Club is hosting its third men's regional. The world-renowned course also served as a postseason spot in 2010 and 2018. Traditions Club has been a regional site for the women on three occasions – 2006, 2016, 2024).
