2014-2015 (Junior)
Achieved the team-best in the 100 back for the second year in a row, setting a personal best 47.34 in the event at the SEC Championships… was a part of A&M’s top relay team in the 200 medley (1:27.34) and 400 medley (3:10.64), the latter good enough for an NCAA ‘B’ cut… recorded a first-place finish in the 100 free against Florida Atlantic… came in second place in the A-Final 100 back at the American Short Course Championships (48.18).
2013-2014 (Sophomore)
At the SEC Championships, Wallace competed in the 100 fly (49.65), the 200 back (1:50.36), and in NCAA ‘B’ cut fashion, the 100 back (48.35). At the Speedo Champions Series, Wallace finished the 100 back in a personal best time of 47.58, which ranks as the sixth fastest time in school history. Wallace also swam a personal best in the 200 back, hitting the wall in 1:47.03 at the 2014 American Short Course Championships in Austin, Texas.
2012-2013 (Freshman)
Posted the teams second fastest 100 back this season swimming a 49.49 at the SEC Championships. Also had personal bests in 200 back (1:49.09) and the 100 fly (48.75).
High School/Club:
2012 graduate of Cypress Creek High School in Houston, Texas ... 2012 district, regional, and state gold medalist in 100 back, 2012 district and regional gold medalist in the 100 fly, as well as 2011 district gold medalist in the 100 fly and district silver medalist in the 100 back ... three-year letterwinner ... earned All-America honors and 2012 district and regional MVP ... had best times of 49:45 in the 100 back, 1:49 in the 200 back, and 50:15 in the 100 fly ... also competed for the Cypress Fairbanks Swim Club and was coached by Clayton Cagle.

Jacob Christopher Wallace is the son of James and Jackie Wallace of Houston, Texas ... born December 26, 1993 in Fort Worth, Texas ... computer engineering major ... his father is a Texas A&M Former Student, Class of 1980 ... says he chose A&M because of the “community and atmosphere.”
