Nye Academic Center

Located on the second floor of the Bright Football Complex on the south end of Kyle Field, the 24,550-square foot Alice and Erle Nye '59 Academic Center is the premier center of its kind in the country.

The center serves all student-athletes, providing them with the competitive edge necessary to excel in their scholastic and career pursuits as they work toward their athletics goals. In fact, the size of the center allows for every one of Texas A&M's over 600 student-athletes to utilize the facility simultaneously.

• Accommodates up to 600 student-athletes day and night
• Classrooms for CHAMPS courses and large meetings
• Subject Labs (Math, Science, Writing, History Political Science) for short, walk-in tutoring sessions
• Small and large tutoring rooms for individual and group tutoring sessions, group projects, etc.
• Quiet study areas with couches
• Laptops and calculators for check out during study hall or team travel
• Learning labs with learning specialists' offices
• In-house tutoring at no cost to student-athletes
• Conference Room for large groups or SAAC meetings
• Academic support staff offices
