Minors cannot register themselves. Parents must create a profile and register their children.
The camp is open on a first-come, first-serve basis to any individual who satisfies the age, grade level and/or gender requirements set forth in the registration materials.

REQUIREMENTS
- REINING CLINICS: Participants must be 13 years of age by the start of camp date, through rising seniors in High School (not graduating before clinic). Riders must be competitively showing in reining.
- JUMPING SEAT CLINICS: Participants must be 15 years of age by the start of camp date through rising seniors in High School (not graduating before clinic). Riders should be actively competing at minimum in the 3’3” USEF equitation divisions.
- HORSEMANSHIP CLINICS: Participants must be 13 years of age by the start of camp date, through rising seniors in High School (not graduating before clinic). Riders must be actively showing in Western Horsemanship at the intermediate level and above.
- For the day clinics, parents/guardians will need to pick up and drop off. We do not provide lodging. Parents may stay to watch.
- For health & safety purposes, clinic participants should have show experience in the respective discipline.
- WARNING: If you do not meet the previously stated requirements, coaches reserve the right to limit activity as a safety precaution.
FAQ
What is the duration of camp day?
- Approximately 8:15am- 4:00pm.
What is the refund/payment policy?
- Payment in full is due at time of registration.
- $45.00 of tuition is forfeited anytime after enrollment.
- 50% of tuition is forfeited 6 days before the event begins.
- 100% of tuition is forfeited after the event begins.
What airlines fly to College Station?
- American airlines flies in and out of College Station via DFW.
- IAH, HOU or AUS are all 1.5-2 hours away.
What is provided?
- Horses
- Tack

Is a campus tour included in registration?
- We do not provide campus tours, all tours can be scheduled through the University at https://visit.tamu.edu/register/in-person-campus-visits
Do you provide lodging/transportation?
- We do not provide overnight lodging or transportation for participants
- Recommended hotels: The Stella, Calvary Court, The George, Embassy Suites, Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center, The Hilton
- A parent/guardian must be present to sign in/sign out
What does each participant need to bring?
- Jumping seat clinics- appropriate riding shirt, breeches, boots, spurs, helmet
- Western clinics- appropriate riding shirt (long sleeves not required), jeans, boots, spurs
- Water bottle- we provide Gatorade and water throughout the day
Are parents allowed to stay and watch?
- Parents are welcome to stay and watch the clinic between sign in/sign out times
