Texas A&M entered its first week of game preparation with a light workout in shorts and helmets Monday on the Coolidge Practice Fields.
Earlier in the day Coach Sumlin announced his starting quarterback for the Arizona State game, and he addressed the decision in his post-practice press conference.

The Aggies closed week two of training camp with the fall's third scrimmage, held on Kyle Field. It was the first time the team has stepped inside the newly-redeveloped stadium. Photos are available through the link below.
Texas A&M enjoyed its best weather of training camp during Thursday's two-hour workout in full pads on the Coolidge Practice Fields, with temperatures in the upper 70s under scattered clouds.
The Aggies are gearing up towards Fan Appreciation Day on Saturday followed by a closed scrimmage, the team's second full scrimmage of the fall.

A&M donned full pads for the first time this fall during Friday's workout. The Aggies kept it short in preparation for Saturday's first scrimmage.
The Aggies spent the morning taking position group photos and participating in a video shoot for 12th Man Productions to be used for in-stadium video elements this fall. Afterwards coaches and select players met the press in the interview room.
Following meetings, the team took the practice field in shorts and shoulder pads for one final team before going full pads on Friday.

The team donned shoulder pads for the first time this fall during a two and a half hour practice on a hot and humid Wednesday afternoon.

Lightning and clouds in the area provided (somewhat) cooler temperatures, but the weather forced the Aggies inside the McFerrin Athletic Center for the majority of day two of training camp. The team was in helmets for the second consecutive day.
