Softball Camp Information
Session 1 Ages 13-20 June 11-14 Session 2 Ages 8-12 June 14-17
Arrival:
Session 1 - Sunday, June 11 - 4:00-6:00 pm at Callaway House
Session 2 - Wednesday, June 14 - 4:00-6:00 pm at Callaway House
Departure:
Session 1 - Wednesday, June 14 - 12:00 Noon - Dorm Check-Out
Session 2 - Saturday, June 17 - 12:00 Noon - Dorm Check-Out
Closing Ceremonies:
Session 1 - Wednesday, June 14 - 11:00 am at Aggie Softball Field
Session 2 - Saturday, June 17 - 12:00 am at Aggie Softball Field
Parents are expected to pick up their child at the closing ceremonies and accompany them to the dorm for check-out.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals are accepted for those campers involved in summer tournaments. Please email with name and approximate arrival time.

Checklist of Things to Bring
HOUSING: Blanket, pillow, dbl/queen flat sheets, and/or sleeping bag and plenty of towels
SOFTBALL: Glove, bat, batting helmet, batting gloves, cleats, tennis shoes, shorts and/or pants and t-shirts for practice (an Aggie Camp t-shirt will be given to each camper upon registration), plenty of athletic socks. Catchers bring gear if possible.
EXPENSES: Entire camp tuition (due prior to start of camp), snack money.
MISCELLANEOUS: Cellular telephone, alarm clock, sunblock.
OTHER CLOTHING: Casual wear around dorms. Plenty of workout clothes. Swimsuit.
TOILETRY ITEMS: Shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc.
Enrollment
All athletes may attend without loss of UIL varsity eligibility. The camp will have a low camper:coach ratio; so enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Each camper is required to have a current school physical on file or a physician's signature in order to participate in camp. The physical must be dated after June 12, 2015
Camp Cost
The entire cost of all sessions is $450.00 for resident campers and $390.00 for day campers. This includes deposit, tuition, insurance, t-shirt, picture, certificate, dorm (for resident campers), and meals.

Housing
Housing will be at The Callaway House - an off-campus private dorm. Campers will be housed with their own age group. Staff members will be assigned to each floor. Campers will be able to request one roommate and up to 2 alternates. Adjoining/close room requests cannot be taken.
Meals
Campers will eat three meals a day at the dorms. The meals will offer a well-balanced diet with various selections available.
Athletic Trainers
Three Athletic Trainers will be available at all times in case of medical needs.

CAMP COST
Resident Campers: $450.00*
Day Campers: $390.00*
*A minimum deposit of $175.00 is required during registration. Balances can be paid at any time by logging into your account.
The camp is open on a first-come, first-serve basis to any individual who satifies the age, grade level, and gender requirements set forth in the registration materials.
