Pioneer: Curtis Mills

Pioneer: Mike Frazier
The first African-American @AggieBaseball player was Houston's Mike Frazier. A four-year letterwinner, Mike was an All-SWC pick as a senior (.375, 13 RBI, 15 SB) and was drafted by the @Pirates in the second round of the @MLB Draft.#BlackHistoryMonth #GigEm pic.twitter.com/Ff5rrcSItr

Pioneers: Cedric Joseph and Mario Brown
The first African-American @aggiembk players were Cedric Joseph (first true freshman) and Mario Brown (first to appear in varsity game). Cedric led the freshman team (20.9 ppg, 14.9 rpg) while Mario averaged 14.6 pts in that 1971-72 season.#BlackHistoryMonth #GigEm pic.twitter.com/L1wBAqmkyH
