A
ACCESSIBILITY
Texas A&M University recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990.
ADMISSION
All fans, including infants, must have a ticket for admission to reserved sections. Children under the age of 2 are admitted free of charge in general admission (subject to availability). TAMU students with a sports pass, or student ticket must present a valid, legible TAMU student ID for admission.

ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted inside Reed Arena, with the exception of service animals and service animals in training.
ANNOUNCEMENTS/PAGES
Public Address announcements are restricted to emergency situations only and must be requested through University Police at (979) 845-2345.
ATM LOCATIONS
There are no ATMs inside of Reed Arena. Transactions inside the stadium will be cashless.

BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations are located in all men’s and women’s restrooms throughout the arena.
BAGS/BACKPACKS
The Southeastern Conference and Texas A&M have adopted a clear bag policy for all its athletic venues. Bags must adhere to the 12-1-1 rule and will be searched upon entry into the stadium. Visit 12thMan.com/BeClear for dimensions and details.
BANNERS, SIGNS, FLAGS
No unauthorized banners, signs, or flags may be brought into any Texas A&M Athletics venue.
BICYCLES
Bicycles are not permitted to be locked on to any gates surrounding Reed Arena. Bike racks are available surrounding entrances to the arena.

CAMERAS
Cameras are permitted in Reed Arena for both fans and working news media. We kindly ask that camera lenses do not exceed 6 inches for personal usage. Camera bags and tripods are not allowed. No flash photography is permitted. All photos taken in Reed Arena must be for editorial or personal use only and may not be used for advertising, promotions or other trade purposes, or any other commercial or promotional endeavor, without the permission of Texas A&M.
CODE OF CONDUCT
In the spirit of sportsmanship, Texas A&M and SEC fans shall:
- Conduct themselves in a manner that represents Texas A&M, the Southeastern Conference and the NCAA with honor, dignity and respect.
- Demonstrate the qualities of civility and sportsmanship at all times.
- Not use vulgar, abusive, racist, sexist, demeaning or intimidating language at any time.
- Support the players, coaches and officials in a positive manner.
- Treat the visiting team, coaches and fans with courtesy & respect at all times.
- Not engage in cheers that are vulgar, crass or demeaning.
- Refrain from entering the playing field at any times, including after the game.
- Not become inebriated or belligerent.
- Be a positive role model for those around them by treating others with courtesy and respect.
Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the guest having his/her tickets revoked, being ejected from the stadium or arrested by police. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.
Guests are encouraged to report any issues and concerns to a nearby event staff member.
COMPLIMENTS, COMPLAINTS, COMMENTS
We endeavor to make the gameday experience at our venues the best experience possible, but we recognize that there is always room for improvement. If you notice an issue, please let us know by submitting your comment at 12thman.com after clicking the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
Guests with a compliment, complaint or comment on gameday are encouraged to speak with a nearby event staff member.
CONCEALED CARRY
Reed Arena is exempt from recent concealed carry state legislation. Firearms are not allowed on gameday.
CONCESSIONS
Texas A&M Athletics’ official concessionaire is Levy Restaurants. Concession stands are located throughout the stadium. Credit cards are accepted at all permanent concession stands in the stadium. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside Reed Arena (see the water section below for exceptions).
All concession sales are cashless.

ELEVATORS
Elevators are located at the venue for fans’ convenience. You do not need a pass to use the elevators, but as a reminder, all bags will be searched upon entry to the arena. Restrictions apply, however, to certain elevators:
- Elevators main entry: Access arena level, concourse, second floor meeting rooms, and third floor meeting rooms.
EMERGENCIES
While at the game, dial 911 in an emergency on your cell phone (or on a campus phone, dial 911). If you have any questions or concerns, contact a uniformed officer, usher, gate person, or athletic staff member wearing an ID.
ENTRIES (GATES)
Entries open 60 minutes prior to A&M games. For men’s basketball, games the North and South entries will open 90 minutes before tip exclusively for A&M students all season long.
- HS Coaches: any public entry

- TAMU Player-Guest: any public entry

FIRST AID
The First Aid room is located on the concourse near section 113.

GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services are available near section 113 and 128 to answer any customer service questions. Questions can also be directed to the nearest usher or event staff member.

HELP
While at the game, dial 911 in an emergency on your cell phone (or on a campus phone, dial 911). If you have any questions or concerns, contact a uniformed officer, usher, gate person, or athletic staff member wearing an ID.

LACTATION STATIONS
Station is available at the following location:
- Concourse Level: Room 163 (inside main entry, near section 113)
LOST AND FOUND
During the game, patrons can go to the Guest Services located near sections 113 and 128. As the Official Host Committee of Texas A&M University, MSC Hospitality is responsible for managing the Campus Lost & Found currently housed within the Memorial Student Center. To claim lost items, call the MSC Lost & Found at (979) 845-1515 or go to MSC Suite 2240 Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Note: Unclaimed items found at Reed Arena are delivered to the MSC weekly.
LOST CHILDREN & GUESTS
If you become separated from a child/relative/friend, contact the nearest stadium personnel for assistance. In case of emergency call the University Police at (979) 845-2345.
M
MEDIA SERVICES
Media will call is located at the Loading Dock entry. Media parking should be arranged in advance through the Athletics Communications Office. Contact the Athletics Communications Office (979-845-5725) in advance for information on obtaining necessary passes.
The media work room is located on the arena level at room 050. All media must have a proper credential for entry. You can enter the media work room through loading dock door.
MERCHANDISE (12th MAN SHOP)
Fans can purchase Texas A&M merchandise at 12th Man Shop location near Section 113.
Texas A&M merchandise can also be found 24 hours a day at 12thmanshop.com, which is the only store giving back a portion of all sales to support Texas A&M Athletics.

PARKING
VOLLEYBALL
- Parking is available in lots surrounding the arena. It is free for volleyball.
MEN'S BASKETBALL
- Fans with any valid Texas A&M parking/season permits are allowed to park in Lots 100a-c, 100d, 100e, 100f, 100g, 100j, 100m, Lot 74, Lot 95 and Lot 97.
- Parking is $5 at Reed Arena and can be paid for in cash or with a credit card.
- Lot 102 is Reed Arena's designated lot for ADA parking.
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
- Parking is FREE for women's basketball games and all lots are open for guests to park in, EXCEPT for Lot 102 which is a designated ADA lot.
PHOTO WORK ROOM
The photo work room can be accessed on the arena level at room 050. For information on photo credentials contact the Athletics Communications Office at (979) 845-5725.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Purses, bags & backpacks that do not adhere to the 12-1-1 bag policy.
- Artificial noise makers
- Food
- Beverages (including alcoholic beverages), except one sealed clear plastic bottle of water
- Firearms
- Tobacco products (of any kind)
- Ice chests
- Strollers
- Pets
- Stadium seats in excess of 16 inches. No lawn chairs.
- Unauthorized banners, signs, or flags

RE-ENTRY
Re-entry to Reed Arena is prohibited in accordance with SEC rules. There are no pass-outs.
RECYCLING
All Texas A&M Athletic venues are single stream recycling facilities.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout the venue on all levels.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking, vaping and use of any tobacco products are not allowed anywhere inside Reed Arena.
SOLICITATION & DISTRIBUTION OF LITERATURE
Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials, without advance written permission from Texas A&M University.
STADIUM SEATS
Personal stadium seats are not allowed in the venue. All seats in Reed Arena are chair back.

TAILGATING

TICKETS
Tickets for A&M athletic events can be purchased by calling 1-888-99-AGGIE or at 12thman.com/tickets. Normal business hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (central) at Entry 6 on North end of Kyle Field.
W
WATER
Fans may bring in 1 clear, unopened plastic water bottle. Water is available for purchase.
WILL CALL
There is no Will Call location at Reed Arena. All tickets are digital for the 2025-26 season.
