ADMISSION
All fans, including infants, must have a ticket for admission to reserved sections. Children under the age of 2 are admitted free of charge in general admission (subject to availability). TAMU students with a sports pass, or student ticket must present a valid, legible TAMU student ID for admission.

ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted inside Texas A&M Athletics venues, with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. Please be sure to check with the stadium before bringing any service animal to the venue. For more information, please contact the Athletic Ticket Office at 1-888-99-AGGIE (1-888-992-4443).

BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations are located in all family restrooms, men’s and women’s restrooms throughout the stadium. Family restrooms are located:

BAGS/BACKPACKS
The Southeastern Conference and Texas A&M have adopted a clear bag policy for all its athletic venues. Bags must adhere to the 12-1-1 rule and will be searched upon entry into the stadium. Visit 12thMan.com/BeClear for dimensions and details.
BANNERS/SIGNS/FLAGS
No unauthorized banners, signs, or flags may be brought into any Texas A&M Athletics venue.
BICYCLES
Bicycles are not permitted to be locked on to any gates surrounding any Texas A&M Athletics venue. Bicycle parking is available outside the venues.
CAMERAS
Cameras are permitted at Texas A&M Athletic events for both fans and working news media. All photos taken must be for editorial or personal use only and may not be used for advertising, promotions or other trade purposes, or any other commercial or promotional endeavor, without the permission of Texas A&M.
CODE OF CONDUCT
In the spirit of sportsmanship, Texas A&M and SEC fans shall:
Conduct themselves in a manner that represents Texas A&M, the Southeastern Conference and the NCAA with honor, dignity and respect.
Demonstrate the qualities of civility and sportsmanship at all times.
Not use vulgar, abusive, racist, sexist, demeaning or intimidating language at any time.
Support the players, coaches and officials in a positive manner.
Treat the visiting team, coaches and fans with courtesy & respect at all times.
Not engage in cheers that are vulgar, crass or demeaning.
Refrain from entering the playing field at any times, including after the game.
Not become inebriated or belligerent.
Be a positive role model for those around them by treating others with courtesy and respect.
Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the guest having his/her tickets revoked, being ejected from the stadium or arrested by police. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.
Guests are encouraged to report any issues and concerns to a nearby event staff member.

Guests with a compliment, complaint or comment on gameday are encouraged to speak with a nearby event staff member.
CONCEALED CARRY
Texas A&M Athletic events are exempt from recent concealed carry state legislation. Firearms are not allowed in any athletic venue on gameday.
CONCESSIONS
Texas A&M Athletics’ official concessionaire is Levy Restaurants. Concession stands are located throughout the venue. Credit cards are accepted at all permanent concession stands in the venue. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue (see the water section below for exceptions).

DISABILITY SERVICES
The proper disabled parking identification issued by state motor vehicle departments is required to utilize disable parking spaces. The registered owner must be in the vehicle. Constables will be checking identification.
Parking for persons with disabilities is available for a fee in University Center Garage or Lot 88. A shuttle will be provided from Lot 88 to the north side of Kyle Field beginning 3 hours prior to kickoff and ending 1 1/2 hours post game. Additional disabled parking is available on a space available basis in each of the paid public parking areas. All veterans with disabilities, whose vehicles display the special license plates issued by the Texas Department of Transportation are exempt from the payment of fees in University Center Garage only on the day of home football games.
Paratransit service is available from Lot 88 ($20 parking fee), next to the General Services Complex, to north side of Kyle Field 3 hours prior to kickoff and for 1 1/2 hours after the game.

Elevators are located at the venue for fans’ convenience. You do not need a pass to use the elevators, but as a reminder, all bags will be searched upon entry to the stadium. Restrictions apply, however, to certain elevators:

FIRST AID
The First Aid room is located on the concourse near section 106.
GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services are available near section 106 to answer any customer service questions. Questions can be directed to the nearest usher or event staff member.
HELP
While at the game, dial 911 in an emergency on your cell phone (or on a campus phone, dial 911). If you have any questions or concerns, contact a uniformed officer, usher, gate person, or athletic staff member wearing an ID.
LACTATION STATIONS

LOST AND FOUND
During the game, patrons can go to the Guest Services located near section 106. As the Official Host Committee of Texas A&M University, MSC Hospitality is responsible for managing the Campus Lost & Found currently housed within the Memorial Student Center. To claim lost items, call the MSC Lost & Found at (979) 845-1515 or go to MSC Suite 2240 Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Note: Unclaimed items found at Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park are delivered to the MSC monthly.
LOST CHILDREN & GUESTS
If you become separated from a child/relative/friend, contact the nearest stadium personnel for assistance. In case of emergency call the University Police at (979) 845-2345.
MEDIA SERVICES
Media will call is located at Player-Guest/Media entry (main plaza). Media parking should be arranged in advance through the Media Relations Office. Contact the Media Relations Office (979-845-5725) in advance for information on obtaining necessary passes.
MERCHANDISE/12th MAN SHOP
Fans can purchase Texas A&M merchandise at 12th Man Shop location near section 108.
Texas A&M merchandise can also be found 24 hours a day at 12thmanshop.com, which is the only store giving back a portion of all sales to support Texas A&M Athletics.
PARKING

PRESS BOX
The press box is located on the third level. All media must have a proper credential for entry. Contact the Media Relations Office (979-845-5725) in advance for information on obtaining a pass. You can enter the press box through the elevator located at Player-Guest/Media entry in the main plaza.
PHOTO WORK ROOM
The photo work room can be accessed on the third floor across from the writing press box room 306. For information on photo credentials contact the Media Relations Office at (979) 845-5725.
PROGRAMS
Game programs/scorecards can be bought at the entry and at Guest Services near section 106.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Purses, bags & backpacks that do not adhere to the 12-1-1 bag policy.

- Beverages (including alcoholic beverages), except one sealed clear plastic bottle of water

RAMPS
There are no ramps in the stadium. Guests may use elevator for vertical transportation.
RE-ENTRY
Re-entry is permitted. Please ask for assistance before existing the venue.
RECYCLING
All Texas A&M Athletic venues are single stream recycling facilities.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout the venue on all levels of the venue.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking, vaping and use of any tobacco products are not allowed anywhere inside any Texas A&M Athletics venue.
SOLICITATION & DISTRIBUTION OF LITERATURE
Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials, without advance written permission from Texas A&M University.
STADIUM SEATS
Personal stadium seats are allowed in the venue but cannot be in excess of 16 inches in width. No lawn chairs are permitted.
STADIUM SEAT RENTALS

Tailgating in Aggieland is a privilege, one that Texas A&M University is pleased to extend to all our fans, former students, visitors, and friends. TICKETS
Tickets for A&M athletic events can be purchased by calling 1-888-99-AGGIE or at 12thman.com/tickets.
Normal business hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (central).
Ticket windows at the venue are open on game days 90 minutes prior to first pitch.
TRAFFIC

WATER
Fans may bring in 1 clear, unopened plastic water bottle up to 1 gallon in size. There are many fountains inside the stadium to refill bottles, and water is available for purchase.
WILL CALL
Will Call tickets purchased directly from the 12th Man Foundation Ticket Center can be picked up at any ticket windows. Dropped off Will Call is accepted and distributed at designated ticket windows. Premium will call can be dropped off at the Suites/Club entry. All Ticket Windows are open 90 minutes to first pitch.
