ACCESSIBILITY
Texas A&M University recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. In addition, Texas A&M University strives to accommodate the individual needs of guests with disabilities.
ADMISSION
All fans, including infants, must have a ticket for admission to reserved sections. TAMU students with a sports pass, or student ticket must present a valid, legible TAMU student ID for admission.
AGASSIST

ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted in Kyle Field, with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. [per University SAP 08.01.02.M0.02, Service Animals, Emotional Support Animals and Other Animals on Campus]
ANNOUNCEMENTS/PAGES
Public Address announcements are restricted to emergency situations only and must be requested through University Police at (979) 845-2345.
ATM LOCATIONS
There are no ATMs inside of Kyle Field. Transactions inside the stadium will be cashless.

BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations are located in all family restrooms, men’s and women’s restrooms throughout the stadium. Family restrooms are located:
- North Side: Sec 116, 118, ZC2, ZC23, 412, 421
- East Side: Sec 121, 126, 129, 235, 333
- South Side: Sec 134, 241, 246, 342
- West Side: FB13, AC11, 311, 408
BAGS/BACKPACKS
The Southeastern Conference and Texas A&M have adopted a clear bag policy for all its athletic venues. Bags must adhere to the 12-1-1 rule and will be searched upon entry into the stadium. Visit 12thMan.com/BeClear for dimensions and details.
BANNERS, SIGNS, FLAGS
No unauthorized banners, signs, or flags may be brought into any Texas A&M Athletics venue.
BICYCLES/WHEELED DEVICES
Parking for bicycles and wheeled devices is available near Kyle Field at the Memorial Student Center in designated racks and locations. Bikes locked to gates fences will be impounded.

CAMERAS
Cameras are permitted in Kyle Field for both fans and working news media. We kindly ask that camera lenses do not exceed 6 inches for personal usage. Camera bags and tripods are not allowed. No flash photography is permitted. All photos taken in Kyle Field must be for editorial or personal use only and may not be used for advertising, promotions or other trade purposes, or any other commercial or promotional endeavor, without the permission of Texas A&M.
CODE OF CONDUCT
In the spirit of sportsmanship, Texas A&M and SEC fans shall:
- Conduct themselves in a manner that represents Texas A&M, the Southeastern Conference and the NCAA with honor, dignity and respect.
- Demonstrate the qualities of civility and sportsmanship at all times.
- Not use vulgar, abusive, racist, sexist, demeaning or intimidating language at any time.
- Support the players, coaches and officials in a positive manner.
- Treat the visiting team, coaches and fans with courtesy & respect at all times.
- Not engage in cheers that are vulgar, crass or demeaning.
- Refrain from entering the playing field at any times, including after the game.
- Not become inebriated or belligerent.
- Be a positive role model for those around them by treating others with courtesy and respect.
Continuing inappropriate behavior may result in the guest having his/her tickets revoked, being ejected from the stadium or arrested by police. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.

COMPLIMENTS, COMPLAINTS, COMMENTS
We endeavor to make the gameday experience at our venues the best experience possible, but we recognize that there is always room for improvement. If you notice an issue, please let us know by submitting your comment at 12thman.com after clicking the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
Guests with a compliment, complaint or comment on gameday are encouraged to speak with a nearby event staff member.
CONCEALED CARRY
Kyle Field is exempt from recent concealed carry state legislation. Firearms are not allowed at Kyle Field on gameday. NOTE: Off-duty law enforcement with concealed carry exception should check in at Entry 8 with Texas A&M University Police.
CONCESSIONS
Texas A&M Athletics’ official concessionaire is Levy Restaurants. Concession stands are located throughout the stadium. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside Kyle Field (see the water section below for exceptions).
All concession sales inside Kyle Field are cashless.

COOL ZONES
Fans can beat the heat with conveniently located “Cool Zones” on multiple decks throughout Kyle Field:
EAST
- Level 2 (first deck) - near section 125
- Level 3 (second deck) - near section 234
- Level 7 (third deck) - near section 334
WEST
- Level 7 (third deck) - near section 405
CUPS/CONTAINERS
Outside cups and containers may not be brought inside Kyle Field, with the exception of 1 clear, unopened plastic water bottle. This includes cups and containers bought at previous games.

ELEVATORS
Elevators are located on all sides of the stadium for fans' convenience. While a ticket is required for entry into the stadium, you do not need a pass to use the elevators at Kyle Field. As a reminder, all bags will be searched upon entry to the stadium.
Restrictions, based on seating location, apply to certain elevators:
WEST SIDE
- Entry 2, Entry 3 and Entry 4
NORTH SIDE
- Elevators are located at Entry 5 and Entry 6 in the Zone Plaza. Fans need a ticket to sections in the north side of the stadium to be able to access the elevators.
- Entry 5 elevator services the Zone Club exclusively. Fans need a ticket to seats in the Zone Club or Zone Suites to be able to access this elevator.
- Elevators at Entry 6 service sections 114-134, 301-351 and 401-421. Fans need a ticket to one of these sections to be able to access the elevators.
EAST SIDE
- Elevators are located at Entry 7 (northeast corner), Entry 8 (east lobby) and Entry 9 (southeast corner). Fans need a ticket to sections listed below to be able to access the elevators.
- Entry 7 elevator services the press box.
- Elevators at Entry 8 service sections 114-134, 301-351 and 401-421, and east-side suites ES101-ES120.
- Entry 9 elevator services the press box.
EMERGENCIES
While at the game, dial 911 in an emergency on your cell phone (or on a campus phone, dial 911). If you have any questions or concerns, contact a uniformed officer, usher, gate person, or athletic staff member wearing an ID.

ESCALATORS
Stadium Escalators
There are escalators that provide access from ground level to the upper levels in the NW Tower and the NE Tower. Loading will only occur at ground level (no loading at middle levels of stadium is allowed).
Premium Escalators
Escalators are located in premium areas on the North and West Sides of the stadium. Fans need a ticket to the sections listed below to access the designated escalator:
- North: Located in the North Zone for access to the Zone Club, NE Loge, and North Suites
- West: Located inside Entry 3 for access to the All-American Club, Legacy Club, NW Loge, SW Loge and some West Suites (WS201-WS328, LS207-LS320)

FAMILY/SPECIAL NEEDS RESTROOMS
Family/special needs restrooms can be found in the following locations:
- North Side: Sec 116, 118, ZC2, ZC23, 412, 421
- East Side: Sec 121, 126, 129, 235, 333
- South Side: Sec 134, 241, 246, 342
- West Side: FB13, AC11, 311
All restrooms inside the venue are accessible.
FAN ZONE
Located directly north of Kyle Field, the Fan Zone is the pregame destination of the 12th Man. Check out interactive games/exhibits, enjoy local food trucks and more. The Fan Zone opens 3 1/2 hours pre-game.
FIELD ACCESS/FIELD INCURSION
Fans are reminded that they are required to stay off the playing area at all times. The safety of players, coaches and fans is of utmost importance. Violators are subject to arrest and the loss of future ticket privileges; plus, the university would be subject to a major fine if such an incident occurs. The fine would be payable directly to the opposing institution.
FIRST AID
The main First Aid room is located on the lower level of the east side (near Entry 7). First Aid stations are located throughout the stadium:
- North Side: Sec 117, 421
- East Side: Sec 128, 238, 338
- South Side: Sec 348
- West Side: Sec 134, near the lobby on Level 1, All-American Club
FORD HALL OF CHAMPIONS
The Ford Hall of Champions is located at Entry 3 on the west side of Kyle Field.

Texas A&M staff are available at the gates and throughout Kyle Field to answer any customer service questions. We also have fixed guest services locations at the locations below. If not near a gate, questions can be directed to the nearest usher or event staff member.

KIDS' YELL
Join Texas A&M University Yell Leaders at the War Hymn statue on the East side of Kyle Field (outside entry 8 off Houston Street) for a special yell practice for you and the kids to learn & practice the gameday Aggie Yells. Kids’ Yell Practice begins 2.5 hours prior to kickoff, just before the Football Team Spirit Walk down Houston Street.

LACTATION STATIONS
Stations are available at the following locations:
- Ford Hall of Champions (West Premium Ticket Required)
- Inside First Aid Stations at 128 and 338
- First Aid Station, All-American Club (West Premium Ticket Required)
LOST AND FOUND
During the game, patrons can go to any Guest Service Kiosk with lost and found items to return or try and retrieve items. As the Official Host Committee of Texas A&M University, MSC Hospitality is responsible for managing the Campus Lost & Found currently housed within the Memorial Student Center. To claim lost items, call the MSC Lost & Found at (979) 845-1515 or go to MSC Suite 2240 Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Note: Unclaimed items found at Kyle Field are delivered to the MSC on the Monday following the game by 2 p.m.
LOST CHILDREN & GUESTS
If you become separated from a child/relative/friend, contact the nearest stadium personnel for assistance. In case of emergency call the University Police at (979) 845-2345.
M
MEDIA SERVICES
Media will call is located at Entry 7 (east side). Media parking should be arranged in advance through the Athletics Communications Office. Contact the office in advance for information on obtaining necessary passes.
MERCHANDISE (12th MAN SHOP)
Fans can purchase Texas A&M merchandise at 12th Man Shop locations throughout the stadium. 12th Man Shop locations now include Hall of Champions, Zone Club, All-American Club, and near Sections 122, 234, 312, & 340.
Texas A&M merchandise can also be found 24 hours a day at 12thmanshop.com, which is the only store giving back a portion of all sales to support Texas A&M Athletics.

PARKING
Visit transport.tamu.edu for parking information.
PRESS BOX
The press box is located on the east side of the stadium. All media must have a proper credential for entry. Contact the Athletics Communications Office in advance for information on obtaining a pass. You can enter the press box through the elevator located at Entry 7.
PHOTO WORK ROOM
The photo work room can be accessed at Entry 7 (northeast corner) or from the field via the northeast tunnel. For information on photo credentials contact the Athletics Communications Office.
PROGRAMS
A limited number of free game programs will be available at guest services locations throughout the stadium.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Purses, bags & backpacks that do not adhere to the 12-1-1 bag policy.

- Beverages (including alcoholic beverages), except one sealed clear plastic bottle of water

RAMPS
Ramps are located at the Southeast and Southwest Towers, along with the North end of the stadium.
RE-ENTRY
Re-entry to Kyle Field is prohibited in accordance with SEC rules. There are no pass-outs.
RECYCLING
Kyle Field is a single stream recycling facility.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout the venue on all levels.

SAFETY & SECURITY
Texas A&M Athletics, in partnership with the Texas A&M University Police Department, has introduced enhanced gameday security measures at Kyle Field for the 2025 season. These proactive steps are designed to help ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all fans in and around the stadium.
SHUTTLE SERVICES
Gameday shuttles are the only bus service operating on campus during home football gamedays. All shuttle routes operate 3 hours pre-game through 1 hour post-game (Bush Library begins 5 hours pre-game). Service is provided during the game. Visit the Transportation Services website for more details on gameday shuttle service.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking, vaping and use of any tobacco products are not allowed anywhere inside Kyle Field.
SOLICITATION & DISTRIBUTION OF LITERATURE
Guests are prohibited from distributing inside Kyle Field banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials, without advance written permission from Texas A&M Athletics.
SPIRIT WALK
The entire Fightin’ Texas Aggie Football team will parade down Houston street with the Aggie Band, Yell Leaders and Dance Team en route to their locker room. The team buses will drop-off on the north end of Houston Street (near the War Hymn statue & Koldus parking garage) 2 hours & 15 minutes prior to kickoff. Fans are encouraged to line the parade route and yell on the Aggies as they make their way to the locker room for the game. Front row fans may even snag a high five from their favorite student-athlete.
STADIUM LIGHTS/STROBES
The Kyle Field stadium lights have been upgraded to LED fixtures that allow for dramatic lighting effects to enhance the fan experience. If you are sensitive to flashing lights, please be aware there will be flashing light effects throughout the duration of the game.
STADIUM SEATS
Personal stadium seats are allowed in Kyle Field but cannot be in excess of 16 inches in width.
Stadium seats are available for gameday or season rentals through 12thmanseats.com. Game day rentals can be found near the following sections: 130, 239, 341, 405 and 415.

TAILGATING
TICKETS
Tickets for A&M athletic events can be purchased by calling 1-888-99-AGGIE or at 12thman.com/tickets.
Normal business hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (central) at Entry 6 on North end of Kyle Field.
North ticket windows open 3 hours prior to kickoff, while East and West windows open 2 hours before kick.

W
WATER
Fans may bring in 1 clear, unopened plastic water bottle. Water is available for purchase.
WILL CALL
There is no Will Call location at Kyle Field. All tickets are digital for the 2025 season.
