Kyle Field: Accessibility

Texas A&M University recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. In addition, Texas A&M University strives to accommodate the individual needs of guests with disabilities.
Parking

To park in spaces designated for disabled individuals, a person is required to properly display a state issued accessible parking placard or license plates. A disabled parking placard or plate is ONLY valid when used by the individual with the disability or someone who is driving the individual with the disability. Constables will be checking placards.
Disabled parking is available in the following places:
- University Center Garage ($25)
All Veterans with Disabilities, Air Force Cross, Distinguished Service Cross, Army Distinguished Service Cross, Silver Star, Bronze Star, Congressional Medal of Honor Recipients, Former Prisoners of War, Pearl Harbor Survivors, and Purple Heart Recipients whose vehicles display the special license plates issued by the Texas Department of Transportation are exempt from the payment of fees in University Center Garage only on the day of home football games. The registered owner must be in the vehicle. Constables will be checking placards. - Lot 88 ($20)
Paratransit service is available from Lot 88, next to the General Services Complex, to Kyle Field (Zone entrance) 3 hours prior to kick-off until 1.5 hours after the game. Questions? Call 979.847.RIDE (7433) prior to gameday.

Gameday Shuttles

Transportation Services runs free accessible gameday shuttle service on campus and from a park-and-ride location in historic Downtown Bryan. Routes operate from 3 hours pre-game through 1 hour post-game. Click here for information.
Elevators, Ramps and Escalators

Elevators are located on all sides of the stadium for fans' convenience. While a ticket is required for entry into the stadium, you do not need a pass to use the elevators at Kyle Field. As a reminder, all bags will be searched upon entry to the stadium.
Restrictions, based on seating location, apply to certain elevators:West Side
- Entry 2, Entry 3 and Entry 4
North Side
- Elevators are located at Entry 5 and Entry 6 in the Zone Plaza. Fans need a ticket to sections in the north side of the stadium to be able to access the elevators.
- Entry 5 elevator services the Zone Club exclusively. Fans need a ticket to seats in the Zone Club or Zone Suites to be able to access this elevator.
- Elevators at Entry 6 service sections 114-134, 301-351 and 401-421. Fans need a ticket to one of these sections to be able to access the elevators.
East Side
- Elevators are located at Entry 7 (northeast corner), Entry 8 (east lobby) and Entry 9 (southeast corner). Fans need a ticket to sections listed below to be able to access the elevators.
- Entry 7 elevator services the press box.
- Elevators at Entry 8 service sections 114-134, 301-351 and 401-421, and east-side suites ES101-ES120.
- Entry 9 elevator services the press box.
Ramps are located on all four corners of Kyle Field (Southeast, Southwest, Northeast and Northwest). Of note, ramps on the Northeast and Northwest corners of the stadium close shortly after kickoff for entry. All ramps are available for exiting the stadium at all times.
Escalators are also available for fans' convenience in the Northeast and Northwest towers.
Restrooms

All public restrooms inside the venue are accessible. Family restrooms can be found in the following locations:
- North Side: sections 115, 118, Z2, Z23, 412, 421
- East Side: sections 121, 126, 129, 235, 333
- South Side: sections 134, SES216, 241, 246, 342
- West Side: sections 113, AC11, 311
Animals

Animals are not permitted in Kyle Field, with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. [per University SAP 08.01.02.M0.02, Service Animals, Emotional Support Animals and Other Animals on Campus]
Accessible Seating
- A wheelchair user and companion will be permitted, subject to availability, to exchange tickets that they have purchased for accessible and companion seats in a manner that affords them reasonable accommodation and accessibility. Patrons who do not require wheelchair accessible seating but require other special accommodations may also exchange tickets for alternative locations that better accommodate their needs.

Kyle Field is equipped with an assistive listening system. Please contact guest services for more information. Guest services locations can be found in the Northwest Tower (near Sections 114 and 315), Northeast Tower (near Sections 122 and 326), Southeast Tower (near sections 128/129 and 339), and Southwest Tower (near sections 134 and 301).

Season Tickets
- Wheelchair users and their companion(s) shall be afforded seating locations from among the available wheelchair locations, subject to availability and priority point rank.

Single-Game Tickets
- Subject to availability of accessible seating, Texas A&M will offer for sale single game tickets for wheelchair and accessible seats and companion seats. If single game tickets are acquired by a patron with a disability during a special sale, secondary market or otherwise, please see information below on exchanging tickets for accessible seating.

Exchanges, and Seats Reserved Exclusively for Individuals with Disabilities

If wheelchair accessible or special accommodation seating is needed, whether a ticket is purchased from the ticket office or otherwise acquired, a person is encouraged to contact the Kyle Field Ticket Office at (888) 992-4443 to arrange for the exchange of tickets in advance of the game. Exchanges may also be processed on game day at Window N7, located at the north end zone of Kyle Field next to Entry 5, three hours prior to kick off. Tickets are subject to availability and limits apply.
Likewise, a person who has ticket(s) in wheelchair accessible seating who does not need such seating must exchange their tickets at Window N7 on the day of the game.
Seats are reserved exclusively for individuals with disabilities, or individuals who use a mobility device or service animal. If you do not have a disability, use a mobility device or have a service animal, you may be asked to move. No season or individual game tickets for accessible or companion locations will be sold or exchanged to guests without disabilities (other than non-disabled companions).
