Gilliam Indoor Stadium: Accessibility

Texas A&M University recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. In addition, Texas A&M University strives to accommodate the individual needs of guests with disabilities.
Parking

To park in spaces designated for disabled individuals, a person is required to properly display a state issued accessible parking placard or license plates. A disabled parking placard or plate is ONLY valid when used by the individual with the disability or someone who is driving the individual with the disability. Constables will be checking placards.
Disabled parking is available in the following places:
- Lot 62
- West Campus Garage
- additional disabled parking is available on a space available basis in each of the paid public parking areas.
Elevators

There are no public elevators at this facility. Access to the Press Box is available via elevator.

Ramps

All entries to the main seating bowl of Gilliam Indoor Stadium are ramps.
Restrooms

- Near section 4 and 5: Room 108
- Near section 14 and 15: Room 121
Animals

Animals are not permitted inside Gilliam Indoor Stadium, with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. [per University SAP 08.01.02.M0.02, Service Animals, Emotional Support Animals and Other Animals on Campus]
Accessible Seating
- A wheelchair user and companion will be permitted, subject to availability, to exchange tickets that they have purchased for accessible and companion seats in a manner that affords them reasonable accommodation and accessibility. Patrons who do not require wheelchair accessible seating but require other special accommodations may also exchange tickets for alternative locations that better accommodate their needs. Limits may apply.

Season Tickets
- Wheelchair users and their companion(s) shall be afforded seating locations from among the available wheelchair locations, subject to availability and priority point rank.

Single-Game Tickets
- Subject to availability of accessible seating, Texas A&M will offer for sale single game tickets for wheelchair and accessible seats and companion seats. If single game tickets are acquired by a patron with a disability during a special sale, secondary market or otherwise, please see information below on exchanging tickets for accessible seating.
Patrons requiring accessible seating for individual game day tickets may purchase them:- online at 12thman.com/tracktickets (look for special seating options)

- by purchasing directly at any Gilliam Indoor Stadium ticket window 60 minutes prior to meet, subject to availability.
Exchanges, and Seats Reserved Exclusively for Individuals with Disabilities

If wheelchair accessible or special accommodation seating is needed, whether a ticket is purchased from the ticket office or otherwise acquired, a person is encouraged to contact the Kyle Field Ticket Office at (888) 992-4443 to arrange for the exchange of tickets in advance of the game. Exchanges may also be processed on game day at any Gilliam Indoor Stadium ticket window beginning 60 minutes prior to start. Tickets are subject to availability and limits apply.
Likewise, a person who has ticket(s) in wheelchair accessible seating who does not need such seating must exchange their tickets at any Gilliam Indoor Stadium ticket window on the day of the game.
Seats are reserved exclusively for individuals with disabilities, or individuals who use a mobility device or service animal. If you do not have a disability, use a mobility device or have a service animal, you may be asked to move. No season or individual game tickets for accessible or companion locations will be sold or exchanged to guests without disabilities (other than non-disabled companions).
