App State Ticket Update

The issues with the digital ticketing system have been resolved. Fans should be able to access digital tickets on the 12th Man Mobile app or their online account manager.
1:15 PM - SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
If season ticket holders need to download App State tickets from their account manager or 12th Man Mobile app, please go to any Kyle Field ticket window to claim your tickets.
12:30 PM UPDATE
We are currently experiencing an issue with our ticket provider. At this time, fans are unable to access digital tickets on the 12th Man Mobile app or their online account manager.
This is a multi-school issue that we are hoping will be resolved soon. Fans with tickets to today's game have been notified via email.
Please review the following options if you need assistance with your digital tickets for today's game vs. App State:
- If you are unable to download your digital tickets or complete a ticket transfer, please call the 12th Man Foundation at 888-992-4443. Season ticket holders may request to have tickets printed and left at will call.
- If you have a pending transfer, please go to will call on the North side of Kyle Field to pick up printed tickets.
- If you have already downloaded your digital tickets to your mobile wallet or have physical tickets, you may use those to enter Kyle Field once gates open at 1 p.m.
