Texas A&M University and Kyle Field are excited to welcome you to the Texas Duel on Saturday, June 8. Use the handy A-to-Z guide below to answer many of the questions you may have before you attend the match.
TEXAS DUEL: PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Outside food or beverages unless specifically authorized by the venue
- Weapons including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms
- Fireworks of any kind including, but not limited to, flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices, and pyrotechnics
- Illegal drugs or harmful chemicals
- Any missile or object that can be used as a projectile
- Aerosol cans or pressurized containers
- Professional camera equipment, including but not limited to, tripods, monopods, battery packs, large commercial video cameras
- Noisemakers, including, but not limited to, whistles and horns
- Laser pointers
- Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones)
- Hover-boards
- Selfie sticks
- Signs, banners, or flags larger than 3’ x 5’
- Inflated soccer balls
- Beach balls or other inflatable items
- Animals (excluding certified service animals with proper documentation)
- Confetti
- Any other items deemed to be inappropriate and/or dangerous by the Venue Security Representative

ACCESSIBILITY
Texas A&M University recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. In addition, Texas A&M University strives to accommodate the individual needs of guests with disabilities.
ADMISSION
All fans, including infants, must have a ticket for admission to reserved sections.
AGASSIST
Guests are encouraged to report any issues and concerns by texting AgAssist at 844-724-1212.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Sales will be cut off at the 70' of the match.

ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted in Kyle Field, with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. [per University SAP 08.01.02.M0.02, Service Animals, Emotional Support Animals and Other Animals on Campus]
ANNOUNCEMENTS/PAGES
Public Address announcements are restricted to emergency situations only and must be requested through University Police at (979) 845-2345. Additional PA announcements will be made in Spanish.
ATM LOCATIONS
There are no ATMs inside of Kyle Field. Transactions inside the stadium will be cashless.

BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby changing stations are located in all family restrooms, men’s and women’s restrooms throughout the stadium.
BAGS/BACKPACKS
Texas A&M have adopted a clear bag policy for all its athletic venues. Bags must adhere to the 12-1-1 rule and will be searched upon entry into the stadium. Visit 12thMan.com/BeClear for dimensions and details.
BICYCLES/WHEELED DEVICES
Bicycles and wheeled devices are not permitted to be locked on to any gates surrounding Kyle Field. Parking is available at the Memorial Student Center in appropriately designated racks and locations.

CAMERAS
Cameras are permitted in Kyle Field for both fans and working news media. All photos taken in Kyle Field must be for editorial or personal use only and may not be used for advertising, promotions or other trade purposes, or any other commercial or promotional endeavor, without the permission of Texas A&M.
CHARGING STATIONS
Thanks to our partner T-Mobile, free charging lockers are now available to fans on gameday. You can charge up for free at the following locations:
- Section 122
- Section 404-405
CODE OF CONDUCT
Fans shall adhere to the MexTour's Code of Conduct.
Guests are encouraged to report any issues and concerns to a nearby event staff member or by texting AgAssist at 844-724-1212.
COMPLIMENTS, COMPLAINTS, COMMENTS
Guests with a compliment, complaint or comment on gameday are encouraged to speak with a nearby event staff member.
CONCEALED CARRY
Kyle Field is exempt from recent concealed carry state legislation. Firearms are not allowed at Kyle Field on gameday. NOTE: Off-duty law enforcement with concealed carry exception should check in at Entry 8 with Texas A&M University Police.
CONCESSIONS
Texas A&M Athletics’ official concessionaire is Levy Restaurants. Concession stands are located throughout the stadium. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside Kyle Field (see the water section below for exceptions).
All concession sales inside Kyle Field are cashless.
CUPS/CONTAINERS
Outside cups and containers may not be brought inside Kyle Field. Clear plastic cups will be provided at all entries for guests to use.

ELEVATORS
Elevators are located on all sides of the stadium for fans' convenience. While a ticket is required for entry into the stadium, you do not need a pass to use the elevators at Kyle Field. As a reminder, all bags will be searched upon entry to the stadium.
Restrictions, based on seating location, apply to certain elevators:
WEST SIDE
- Entry 2, Entry 3 and Entry 4
NORTH SIDE
- Elevators are located at Entry 5 and Entry 6 in the Zone Plaza. Fans need a ticket to sections in the north side of the stadium to be able to access the elevators.
- Entry 5 elevator services the Zone Club exclusively. Fans need a ticket to seats in the Zone Club or Zone Suites to be able to access this elevator.
- Elevators at Entry 6 service sections 114-134, 301-351 and 401-421. Fans need a ticket to one of these sections to be able to access the elevators.
EAST SIDE
- Elevators are located at Entry 7 (northeast corner), Entry 8 (east lobby) and Entry 9 (southeast corner). Fans need a ticket to sections listed below to be able to access the elevators.
- Entry 7 elevator services the press box.
- Elevators at Entry 8 service sections 114-134, 301-351 and 401-421, and east-side suites ES101-ES120.
- Entry 9 elevator services the press box.
EMERGENCIES
While at the game, dial 911 in an emergency on your cell phone (or on a campus phone, dial 911). If you have any questions or concerns, contact a uniformed officer, usher, gate person, or athletic staff member wearing an ID.

All entries open 2 hours prior to kickoff. Please use the designated entry located on your ticket when entering the stadium.

ESCALATORS
Stadium Escalators
There are escalators that provide access from ground level to the upper levels in the NW Tower and the NE Tower.
Premium Escalators
Escalators are located in premium areas on the North and West Sides of the stadium. Fans need a ticket to the sections listed below to access the designated escalator:
- North: Located in the North Zone for access to the Zone Club, NE Loge, and North Suites
- West: Located inside Entry 3 for access to the All-American Club, Legacy Club, NW Loge, SW Loge and some West Suites (WS201-WS328, LS207-LS320)

FAMILY/SPECIAL NEEDS RESTROOMS
Family/special needs restrooms can be found in the following locations:
- North Side: Sec 116, 118, ZC2, ZC23, 412, 421
- East Side: Sec 121, 126, 129, 235, 333
- South Side: Sec 134, 241, 246, 342
- West Side: FB13, AC11, 311
All restrooms inside the venue are accessible.
FIELD ACCESS/FIELD INCURSION
Fans are reminded that they are required to stay off the playing area at all times. The safety of players, coaches and fans is of utmost importance. Violators are subject to arrest and the loss of future ticket privileges.
FIRST AID
The main First Aid room is located on the lower level of the east side (near Entry 7). First Aid stations are located throughout the stadium:
- North Side: Sec 117, 421
- East Side: Sec 128, 238, 338
- South Side: Sec 348
- West Side: Sec 134, near the lobby on Level 1, All-American Club
FORD HALL OF CHAMPIONS
The Ford Hall of Champions is located at Entry 3 on the west side of Kyle Field.
FUTBOL FIESTA
Located just East of Kyle Field, Futbol Fiesta is the official pregame destination of the MexTour. Check out interactive games/exhibits, enjoy local food trucks and more. Futbol Fiesta will be open from 3-7 p.m.

GUEST SERVICES
Texas A&M staff are available at the gates and throughout Kyle Field to answer any customer service questions. We also have fixed guest services locations at the locations below. If not near a gate, questions can be directed to the nearest usher or event staff member. In addition, guest services locations will be equipped with translators.

LOST AND FOUND
During the game, patrons can go to the nearest Guest Service Kiosk. As the Official Host Committee of Texas A&M University, MSC Hospitality is responsible for managing the Campus Lost & Found currently housed within the Memorial Student Center. To claim lost items, call the MSC Lost & Found at (979) 845-1515 or go to MSC Suite 2240 Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Note: Unclaimed items found at Kyle Field are delivered to the MSC on the Monday following the game by 2 p.m.
LOST CHILDREN & GUESTS
If you become separated from a child/relative/friend, contact the nearest stadium personnel for assistance. In case of emergency call the University Police at (979) 845-2345.
M
MAGNETOMETERS
Magnetometers will be used around Kyle Field for entry screening.
MEDIA WILL CALL
Media will call is located at Entry 8 (east side).
MERCHANDISE (12th MAN SHOP)
Fans can purchase merchandise at 12th Man Shop locations throughout the stadium.

PARKING

PRESS BOX
The press box is located on the east side of the stadium. All media must have a proper credential for entry. Contact MexTour in advance for information on obtaining a pass. Media Will Call will be at Entry 8. Media may enter the press box through the elevator located at Entry 7.

RAMPS
Ramps are located at the Southeast and Southwest Towers, along with the North end of the stadium.
RE-ENTRY
There is no re-entry at the Texas Duel.
RECYCLING
Kyle Field is a single stream recycling facility.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout the venue on all levels.

SHUTTLE SERVICES
Texas A&M Transportation Services will be running shuttles for the event. Click here for more info.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking, vaping and use of any tobacco products are not allowed anywhere inside Kyle Field.
SOLICITATION & DISTRIBUTION OF LITERATURE
Guests are prohibited from distributing inside Kyle Field banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials, without advance written permission from Texas A&M Athletics.

Tickets are available at 12thman.com/texasduel. North ticket windows will open at 4:30 p.m.

WATER
Water will be available throughout Kyle Field, both for purchase and in water fountains. Fans will be provided one clear plastic cup upon entry.
