The King at Kyle: Know Before You Go
Kyle Field and Texas A&M cannot wait to host you for The King at Kyle on Saturday, June 15! Use the handy A-to-Z guide to answer many questions you may have before attending the concert.
Please familiarize yourself with items not allowed inside Kyle Field before approaching the gates:
- Purses, bags & backpacks that do not adhere to the 12-1-1 bag policy.
- Artificial noise makers
- Food
- Beverages (including alcoholic beverages), except one sealed clear plastic bottle of water
- Cameras
- Cups and Containers
- Firearms
- Tobacco products (of any kind)
- Ice chests
- Umbrellas
- Strollers
- Pets
- Stadium seats in excess of 16 inches. No lawn chairs.
- Unauthorized banners, signs, or flags
ACCESSIBILITY
- Texas A&M University recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. In addition, Texas A&M University strives to accommodate the individual needs of guests with disabilities.
ADMISSION
- All fans, including infants, must have a ticket for admission.
AGASSIST

ALCOHOL POLICY
ANIMALS
- Animals are not permitted in Kyle Field, with the exception of service animals and service animals in training. [per University SAP 08.01.02.M0.02, Service Animals, Emotional Support Animals and Other Animals on Campus]
ANNOUNCEMENTS/PAGES
- Public Address announcements are restricted to emergency situations only and must be requested through University Police at (979) 845-2345.
ATM LOCATIONS
- There are no ATMs inside of Kyle Field. Transactions inside the stadium will be cashless.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
- Baby changing stations are located in all family restrooms, men’s and women’s restrooms throughout the stadium.
BAGS/BACKPACKS
- Texas A&M has adopted a clear bag policy for Kyle Field. Bags must adhere to the 12-1-1 rule and will be searched upon entry into the stadium. Visit 12thMan.com/BeClear for dimensions and details.
BANNERS, SIGNS, FLAGS
- No unauthorized banners, signs, or flags may be brought into any Texas A&M Athletics venue.
BICYCLES/WHEELED DEVICES
- Bicycles and wheeled devices are not permitted to be locked on to any gates surrounding Kyle Field. Parking is available at the Memorial Student Center in appropriately designated racks and locations.
CAMERAS
- No cameras are permitted in Kyle Field.
CHARGING STATIONS
- Free charging lockers, presented by T-Mobile, are available to patrons. You can charge up for free at Section 122 and Sections 404-405.
CONCEALED CARRY
- Kyle Field is exempt from recent concealed carry state legislation. Firearms are not allowed at Kyle Field. NOTE: Off-duty law enforcement with concealed carry exception should check in at Entry 8 with Texas A&M University Police.
CONCESSIONS
- Texas A&M Athletics’ official concessionaire is Levy Restaurants. Concession stands are located throughout the stadium. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside Kyle Field (see the water section below for exceptions). All concession sales inside Kyle Field are cashless.
CUPS/CONTAINERS
- Outside cups and containers may not be brought inside Kyle Field, with the exception of 1 clear, unopened plastic water bottle up to 1 gallon in size. This includes cups and containers bought at previous games.
ELEVATORS
- Elevators are located on all sides of the stadium for fans' convenience. While a ticket is required for entry into the stadium, you do not need a pass to use the elevators at Kyle Field. As a reminder, all bags will be searched upon entry to the stadium.
EMERGENCIES
- While at the stadium, dial 911 in an emergency on your cell phone (or on a campus phone, dial 911). If you have any questions or concerns, contact a uniformed officer, usher or gate person.
ENTRIES (GATES)
- All entries open 2 hours before the first act. Please use the designated entry located on your ticket when entering the stadium.
ESCALATORS
- There are escalators that provide access from ground level to the upper levels in the NW Tower and the NE Tower. Escalators are located in premium areas on the North and West Sides of the stadium. Fans need a ticket to the sections listed below to access the designated escalator:
- North: Located in the North Zone for access to the Zone Club, NE Loge, and North Suites
- West: Located inside Entry 3 for access to the All-American Club, Legacy Club, NW Loge, SW Loge and some West Suites (WS201-WS328, LS207-LS320)
FAMILY/SPECIAL NEEDS RESTROOMS
- Family/special needs restrooms can be found throughout the stadium. All restrooms inside the venue are accessible.
FIRST AID
- The main First Aid room is located on the lower level of the east side (near Entry 7). First Aid stations are located throughout the stadium:
GUEST SERVICES
- Staff are available at the gates and throughout Kyle Field to answer any customer service questions. If not near a gate, questions can be directed to the nearest usher or event staff member. Guest services locations include Sections 114, 121, 129, 313, 328 and 340.
HELP
- While at the game, dial 911 in an emergency on your cell phone (or on a campus phone, dial 911). If you have any questions or concerns, contact a uniformed officer, usher or gate person.
LOST AND FOUND
- During the concert, patrons can go to the Guest Service Kiosk located in the Northeast Activation Tower between Sections 122 & 123. As the Official Host Committee of Texas A&M University, MSC Hospitality is responsible for managing the Campus Lost & Found currently housed within the Memorial Student Center. To claim lost items, call the MSC Lost & Found at (979) 845-1515 or go to MSC Suite 2240 Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Note: Unclaimed items found at Kyle Field are delivered to the MSC on the Monday following the event by 2 p.m.
LOST CHILDREN & GUESTS
- If you become separated from a child/relative/friend, contact the nearest stadium personnel for assistance. In case of emergency call the University Police at (979) 845-2345.
MERCHANDISE
- Fans can purchase merchandise at locations prior to entering the stadium and throughout Kyle Field.
PARKING

RAMPS
- Ramps are located at the Southeast and Southwest Towers, along with the North end of the stadium.
RE-ENTRY
- Re-entry to Kyle Field is prohibited. There are no pass-outs.
RESTROOMS
- Restrooms are located throughout the venue on all levels.
SMOKING POLICY
- Smoking, vaping and use of any tobacco products are not allowed anywhere inside Kyle Field.
SOLICITATION & DISTRIBUTION OF LITERATURE
- Guests are prohibited from distributing inside Kyle Field banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted materials, without advance written permission from Texas A&M Athletics.
STADIUM SEATS
- Personal stadium seats are allowed in Kyle Field but cannot be in excess of 16 inches in width. Stadium seats are available for the concert. Rentals can be found near the following sections: 129, 239, 341, 405, 415.
TAILGATING
TICKETING
- All tickets are digital. Ticket windows are located between Entries 5 and 6 on the North end of the stadium; between Entries 8 and 9 on the East side of the stadium and just south of Entry 3 on the West side of the stadium.
WATER
- Fans may bring in 1 clear, unopened plastic water bottle up to 1 gallon in size. Water is also available for purchase.
