Reed Arena 2025-26: Know Before You Go

Texas A&M Athletics continues to enhance and provide an incredible gameday experience for those in attendance at Reed Arena. For guests planning to attend an Aggie basketball game this season, here’s a list of gameday enhancements, reminders and pertinent information for the 2025-26 season.
NEW FOR THIS SEASON: All tickets and parking for Texas A&M Athletics events are fully digital. Guests are strongly encouraged to download digital tickets and digital parking to their mobile wallets prior to arrival.
Ticketing
- All tickets for Texas A&M Athletics events are fully digital. For step-by-step instructions on managing your digital tickets, please visit 12thman.com/digitaltickets.
- All tickets will be scanned prior to entry into Reed Arena.
- Digital tickets can be accessed via your 12th Man Foundation account or inside the 12th Man Mobile app. We strongly recommend the following important tips:
- Add all digital tickets to your mobile wallet before arrival at Reed Arena. If there are time changes to the game, they will automatically be adjusted if the ticket is in your wallet. By adding your ticket(s) to your mobile wallet in advance, you can avoid slow or weak Wi-Fi or cellular signals at the venue.
- If you are attending with guests, transfer each person their individual ticket in advance. Click here for instructions on how to transfer.
- Make sure you have a full battery charge before heading to the arena.
- Tickets for A&M athletic events can be purchased by calling 1-888-99-AGGIE or at 12thman.com/tickets. Normal business hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (central) at Entry 6 on the North end of Kyle Field. All ticket booths at Reed Arena are open on game days at least two hours prior to tipoff.
Parking & Tailgating
- NEW FOR 2025-26, all PARKING for Texas A&M basketball games is fully digital.

- Texas A&M Transportation Services has suggested routes. For more info click here.
- MEN'S BASKETBALL
- Fans with any valid Texas A&M parking/season permits are allowed to park in Lots 100a-c, 100d, 100e, 100f, 100g, 100j, 100m, Lot 74, Lot 95 and Lot 97.
- Parking is $5 at Reed Arena and can be paid for in cash or with a credit card.
- Lot 102 is Reed Arena's designated lot for ADA parking.
- WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
- Parking is FREE for women's basketball games and all lots are open for guests to park in, EXCEPT for Lot 102 which is a designated ADA lot.
Arrival to Reed Arena
- The SEC and Texas A&M follow a clear bag policy. Bags must adhere to the 12-1-1 rule and will be searched upon entry into Reed Arena. Visit 12thman.com/beclear for dimensions and details.
- The following items are prohibited at Texas A&M Athletics venues: Artificial noise makers, Food, Beverages (including alcoholic beverages), except one sealed plastic bottle of water, firearms, tobacco products (of any kind), ice chests, strollers, pets, stadium seats in excess of 16 inches, unauthorized banners, signs, or flags and bags or cases of any kind that do not meet the bag policy.
- Entries open 60 minutes prior to A&M games. For men’s basketball, games the North and South entries will open 90 minutes before tip exclusively for A&M students all season long.
- HS Coaches: any public entry
- Media: Loading dock
- Recruits: any public entry
- Students: North (primary), any public entry
- TAMU Player-Guest: any public entry
- TAMU Student-Athletes: any public entry
- Ticket Sales, Resolution: any ticket window
- Visiting Team Player Guest: any public entry
Prohibited Items
List of Prohibited Items at Kyle Field:
- Purses, bags & backpacks that do not adhere to the 12-1-1 bag policy.
- Artificial noise makers
- Food
- Beverages (including alcoholic beverages), except one sealed clear plastic bottle of water
- Outside Cups and Containers
- Firearms
- Tobacco products (of any kind)
- Ice chests
- Strollers
- Pets
- Stadium seats in excess of 16 inches. No lawn chairs.
- Unauthorized banners, signs, or flags
Fan Zone
- Located directly north of Kyle Field, the Fan Zone is the pregame destination of the 12th Man. Check out interactive games/exhibits, enjoy local food trucks and more. The Fan Zone opens 3 1/2 hours pre-game.
Concessions
- Texas A&M Athletics’ official concessionaire is Levy Restaurants. Concession stands are located throughout Reed Arena. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside Reed Arena (only exception is one, unsealed plastic bottle of water).
- There are no ATMs inside of Reed Arena. Transactions inside the stadium will be cashless.
- For the fifth straight year, ALL refills on Pepsi products are FREE inside of Kyle Field with a purchase of a soda at concession stands.
- MolsonCoors is the featured domestic beer provider at Texas A&M Athletics, while Twisted Tea Hard Iced Tea is the official craft beer partner at A&M’s venues. The SEC Alcohol Policy allows for liquor sales throughout Kyle Field. Click here for an FAQ on drinking responsibly at Reed Arena.
Merchandise, Guest Services
- Fans can purchase Texas A&M merchandise at the 12th Man Shop location inside the arena (located at Section 113 until the start of SEC play, when it will move to Section 122). Texas A&M merchandise can also be found 24 hours a day at 12thmanshop.com, which is the only store giving back a portion of all sales to support Texas A&M Athletics.
- Guest Services are available near sections 113 and 128 to answer any customer service questions. Questions can also be directed to the nearest usher or event staff member.
Stadium Lights
- The Kyle Field stadium lights have been upgraded to LED fixtures that allow for dramatic lighting effects to enhance the fan experience. If you are sensitive to flashing lights, please be aware there will be flashing light effects throughout the duration of the game.
