Austin (3/27)… recording a career-high nine strikeouts... did not allow a run against Abilene Christian (4/9), followed by a one earned-run outing at McNeese (4/18)...committed just one error in the field, posting a .933 fielding percentage.
2021 (JUNIOR – SAM HOUSTON): Ranked by D1Baseball.com as the No. 17 prospect in the Southland Conference to begin the season... named to the Shriners Hospitals for Children College Classic all-tournament team after throwing six innings and striking out eight against No. 10 Texas Tech (3/6), allowing just three hits and one unearned run in the contest...allowed only one earned-run in back-to-back contests against Northwestern State (3/20) and A&M Corpus Christi (3/27) and again against Central Arkansas (4/2)... ended the season with 41 strikeouts in 38.1 innings of work.
2020 (SOPHOMORE – SAM HOUSTON): Ranked by D1Baseball.com as the No. 4 prospect in the Southland Conference for the 2021 MLB Draft to begin the season... compiled 13 strikeouts in combined 8.1 relief innings over his final two appearances... earned first win of the season vs Saint Mary’s (2/15), striking out three and walking one... tallied seven strikeouts, allowing just one hit in 3.1 innings of relief at Louisiana (3/1)… thew five scoreless innings out of the bullpen, picking up the win and striking out six against Houston Baptist (3/8).
2019 (FRESHMAN – SAM HOUSTON): Made 15 appearances, including three starts as a freshman...stuck out 24 in 31.1 innings of work... made his collegiate debut in a start vs Virginia Tech (2/17)… recorded a season-high four strikeouts, picking up first career win against UIW (3/17)…
AT ST. PIUS X HIGH SCHOOL: Attended St. Pius X High School under Mike Evans... made it to the quarterfinals against Liberty Christian his senior year... selected in the 31st round (pick 935) by the Milwaukee Brewers in 2018.
