Haley Webster enters her first season as the director of operations of the 12-time National Champion Texas A&M equestrian team.

Webster is responsible for all of the team’s administrative duties, coordinating travel, recruiting visits and event management, while assisting with major fundraising efforts for the team and social media.

A four-year letterwinner (2014-17), Webster competed 46 times, primarily in Fences, and accumulated 19 wins while being named MOP on three occasions. During the Aggies’ national championship run in 2017, Webster posted a perfect 4-0 record at the NCEA Championships and was named to the All-Championship Team.

Prior to her return to Bryan-College Station, Webster rode professionally in California and was also a United Airlines flight attendant.

A native of Brentwood, California, Webster earned her Bachelor’s degree in University Studies.
