Daniel Clements has served as the Aggies' Assistant Director of Player Personnel since April 2022.
Clements, among other duties, oversees the team's recruiting boards, tracks, evaluates and analyzes prospects' film, organizes and maintains recruiting databases, monitors the NCAA's transfer portals and assists in oversight of recruiting and personnel interns.
He came to Aggieland after spending one season as a recruiting and operations assistant at Rice University, where he oversaw the offensive recruiting board, organized data and spreadsheets and helped analyze prospects and monitor the transfer portal. He also served as Rice's acting director of recruiting for two months leading up to 2022's February signing day. While at Rice, he also spent the 2021 season with the NFL's Houston Texans in gamely operations and logistics.
A native of Centreville, Virginia, Clements is a 2019 graduate of West Virginia where he earned both a Bachelor's and Masters degree. While in Morgantown he was a four-year member of the Mountaineers' equipment staff as a student manager. Upon graduation he spent one season as a player personnel and recruiting intern.
