2019: Indoor - Raced at 400m and produced a career best of 47.89 at Aggie Twilight meet. Outdoor - Won SEC title in 400m hurdles in a career best time of 49.38, diving for the finish line and creating a viral video in the process ... The video of his winning dive earned a pair of nominations for the 2019 ESPYs, in best viral video and best play ... Advanced to the NCAA semifinal, placing 14th overall with a time of 50.54 ... During NCAA West Preliminary rounds, won his first round race in 50.03, then clocked 50.53 in second round to place sixth overall ... Opened outdoor season with a 51.26 victory in 400m hurdles at Baldy Castillo Invitational and ran on winning 4x400 (3:06.65) ... Runner-up (52.38) in 400m hurdles at UTSA Roadrunner Invitational ... Finished third in 400m hurdles (51.32) at Texas Relays ...
