Kianna Jasper joined the Texas A&M football staff in December 2023 as the director of recruiting.
In her role on Mike Elko’s staff, Jasper coordinates and executes the program’s recruiting efforts along with carrying out communications strategies. The multi-dimensional Jasper excels at nurturing and maintaining relationships with prospective student-athletes and families.
Prior to her arrival in Aggieland, she served in a similar role on Elko’s staff at Duke University for one season as the director of on-campus recruiting.
Jasper came to Elko’s staff at Duke after a stint as the director of on-campus recruiting at Coastal Carolina University and a season at the University of Missouri as the assistant director of on-campus recruiting.
Additionally, Jasper was an NFL Cheerleader for five years for the New Orleans Saints and the Carolina Panthers from 2018-22.
The bilingual Jasper is a 2020 graduate of Louisiana State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Psychology. As an undergraduate, Jasper was a recruiting intern for the LSU football program where she acted as a game day ambassador and assisted with the organization and implementation of football summer camps, national junior day, official and unofficial visits and pro day. As a senior, she was selected as the student season leader where she served as the liaison between the students and the football staff during the Tigers’ 2019 National Championship season.
