2010 (junior): Anchored a young offensive line by starting the first six games of the season ... Suffered a ankle injury during the Missouri game and missed the remaining six games of the regular season but returned in against LSU in the Cotton Bowl... selected Academic All-Big 12.
2009 (SOPHOMORE): Played in all 12 games, starting seven at left guard ... got the starting nod in the last six games of the year as part of a revamped offensive front that helped the team to an average of 190.4 rushing yards per game and a total output of just over 465 yards per contest ... season's first start came against Utah State (9/19).
2008 (Freshman): Started all 12 games at left guard and provided much needed continuity on the Aggies' offensive front ... named a second-team Freshman All-American by Phil Steele's College Football Preview ... helped clear holes for an offense that averaged 340.9 yards of total offense per game.
