Jordan Zapata joined the football program in the summer of 2022 and serves as the Aggies' Football Operations Assistant. She is responsible for day-to-day operations logistics between the coaching staff and players, handling Teamworks scheduling and communications, coordinating in-season home and away hotel travel operations, and overseeing the hiring process and daily operations of Football Camp, among other duties.

In addition, she helps coordinate events such as Pro Day and the Kickoff Camp during August.

A native of Devine, Texas, Jordan worked for four seasons as a football student manager for the athletic training staff while earning both her Bachelors and Masters degrees at Texas A&M. She served as an intern in the football operations department for five months before being brought on full time.

Jordan graduated in 2020 with a B.S. in Agricultural Business and earned her Masters in Sports Management in 2022. She was invited to participate in the 2023 NFL Women's Forum, held in Indianapolis around the league's annual combine.
