Before Texas A&M:
- Spent the 2025-26 season at Kansas State, starting in all 31 games he appeared in and Earning Big 12 Honorable Mention and AP All-America Honorable Mention recognition.
- Ranked fourth nationally and second in the Big 12, averaging 23.4 points per game on 48.9-percent shooting, along with 5.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game for the Wildcats.
- Tallied five 30-point games on the year, scoring a season-high 37 against Mississippi State.
- Spent the 2024-25 season as a redshirt junior at Memphis, appearing in all 35 games, averaging 21.7 points per game on 47.6-percent shooting, while also contributing 5.8 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.8 steals per game.
- Led the Tigers to the NCAA Tournament after they claimed both an American Athletic Conference regular season and tournament titles.
- Named AAC Player of the Year as well as a Second Team All-American by AP, USBWA and Sporting News, and a Third Team All-American by the NABC.
- Finished as a top-five finalist for the Jerry West Shooting Guard of the Year Award and a top-15 finalist for the John R. Wooden Award and was invited to the NBA Draft Combine following his impressive sophomore season.
- In his redshirt sophomore year at Tulsa, he started 31 games, averaging 21.2 points, 5.5 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game.
- Was named the 2024 AAC Freshman of the Year while also earning All-AAC Third Team honors.
