Something about me that most people don’t know: I really like playing and watching baseball and golf. If I didn’t get into swimming, I probably would be playing baseball still. Also I love hiking and exploring the U.S. national parks.

- Posted season bests of 49.23 in the 100 back and 1:48.08 in the 200 back
2015-2016 (Sophomore):
- Top place finish in the 200 free at the Art Adamson Invitational (1:47.34)
- No. 4 on the team in 200 backstroke with time of 1:46.96 at the American Short Course Championships
- No 7. In the 100-yard backstroke at the Art Adamson Invitational (49.86)
- Second place finish in the 200 back with a time of 1:46.96 (American Short Course Championships)
- Swam season best time in the 200 free (1:40.07) and 100 back (50.44) at the American Short Course Championships

- Reached the podium in his first event of the season, a third place finish against Texas in the 200 back (1:54.02)
