2010-2011 (Junior)
Earned All-America honors with a fifth-place finish with a score of 388.10 on the 1-meter at the NCAA Championshipos ... Scored 16 points at the Big 12 Championship with a third place finish in the 3-meter, scoring a season best 435.40. He also had a season best of 407.48 in the 1-meter, which he achieved at the meet against the University of Texas.
2009-10 (Sophomore)
Scored season bests in the 3-meter (392.25) and 1-meter (352.17) springboard on the way to helping then-No. 19 A&M upset then-No. 17 LSU in a home dual meet on Jan. 23, 2010...his season bests in the events earned him his first ever Big 12 Diver of the Week award...late season injury kept McLean from competing in the Zone D diving meet and the Big 12 Championship meet.
2008-09 (Freshman)
Scored 30 points at the Big 12 Championships with a third-place finish in the one-meter springboard and a fifth-place effort on the three-meter board ... advanced to the NCAA Championships where he placed 16th in the one-meter ... posted season bests of 368.70 in the one-meter at Big 12s and 413.65 in the three-meter at the Canadian Nationals.
