Named to the 2023 SEC Men's Swimming & Diving Community Service Team.

Was an eight-year member of the Flyers Aquatic swim team, coached by Derek Shipp.

Was a four-year letterwinner at Columbia High School coached by Kelly Landgraf.
Set the school record in the 50 free, 100 free and 200 free.
Participated in two events at the state championships each year with the team, with top-10 finishes to cap off his 2018-19 season.
Received IHSA All-State honors in 2019.
