2013-2014 (Senior)
Troskot scored 23 points with NCAA ‘B’ cuts in the 50 free (19.77) and 100 free (43.46) at the SEC Championships. Troskot also competed on the eighth place 200 medley relay swimming anchor, and swimming leadoff on the fifth place 200 free relay and the fifth place 400 free relay. Troskot helped to set the new school record as a member of the 200 free relay which hit the wall in 1:17.32. In the 100 free, Troskot improved his personal best to 43.24 at SECs to move up in the record book to the fourth fastest all-time in the 100 free. At the American Short Course Championships, Troskot blasted through the school record in the 50 free, setting a new record of 19.32. In addition to Troskot’s ‘A’ time in the 50 free, he tallied a ‘B’ cut at SECs in the 100 free, and a ‘B’ cut at the Art Adamson Invitational in the 100 fly (48.28). At the NCAA Championships, Troskot competed on the seventh seed 200 free relay, the first-alternate 400 free relay, and in the 50 free (19.72).
2012-2013 (Junior)
Troskot posted 33 individual points at the SEC Championships; swimming NCAA ‘B’ time cuts for the 50 free, 100 free, and 100 fly. Troskot helped grab third place spots in the 200 and 400 freestyle relays, which were both finished in NCAA ‘A’ time standards. As a member of the 200 free and 400 free relay teams, helped both relays place in the consolation finals at the NCAA Championships. Troskot competed in the US Open Championships taking 4th place in the Consolation Final of the 50m free (22.95) and also competing in the 100 free and 100 fly.
2011-2012 (Sophomore)
At the Big 12 Championships, Troskot scored 54.5 points, which was fourth-best on the team. Swimming in five events, Troskot finished no lower than ninth (200 IM Relay-2nd, 50 Free-4th, 100 Fly-9th, 100 Free-5th, 400 Free Relay-2nd). Troskot posted NCAA ‘B’ cut times in the 50 free, the 200 free relay, the 400 free relay, and the 200 medley relay. Troskot brought home All-American honors by scoring 9.5 points at the NCAA Championships with a 14th place finish in the 200 free relay, a 12th place finish in the 200 medley relay, and an eighth place finish in the 400 free relay.
2010-2011 (Freshman)
Scored 41 points at the Big 12 Championships, including a 5th place finish in the 50 free (19.85) earning him a ‘B’ cut time and a 9th place finish in the 100 fly (48.71). He also swam a leg on the 1st place 400 free relay which set a school record (2:52.49) and the 3rd place 200 medley relay (1:26.41), both of which earned ‘B’ cut times. Troskot also had personal best times in the 100 free (43.95) at the Big 12 Championships and 200 free relay (1:17.7) at the NCAA Championship meet, where he swam on both the 200 free and 400 free relay.
