2016-17 (Junior):
  • First-team All-American in the platform dive with a fifth-place effort at the NCAA Championships. Also honorable mention All-American with 10th-place finishes in the one-meter and three-meter dives
  • SEC Champion in the three-meter dive with a meet record score of 478.40. Placed third in the one-meter dive and third in the platform
  • Set school records of 478.40 in the three-meter dive (at SECs) and 468.30 in the platform (at Zone D Championships)
  • Represented Canada at the World University Games and placed ninth in the platform dive and reached the semifinal of the three-meter dive
  • Named the Team MVP for a second time at the annual team banquet. Henschel also earned the honor in 2015
 
2015-2016 (Sophomore):
  • Earned first-team All-America honors in three-meter dive (8th) and honorable mention All-America in platform dive (16th)
  • Voted Performance of the Year at the annual team banquet
  • Has season bests of 364.70 in the one-meter dive, 388.80 in the three-meter dive and 398.80 in the platform
  • Zone qualifier in all three disciplines
  • Earned a first place score of 386.55 at the Incarnate Word dual meet
  • Placed second in 5 collective meets
  • One-meter (337.75, Incarnate Word), one-meter (364.70, AAI), one-meter (363.45, Georgia), three-meter (343.80, FAU), and three-meter (388.80, Georgia).
 
2014-2015 (Freshman):
  • Voted the Team MVP at the annual team banquet
  • Came in first in one-meter and 3-meter diving a combined 15 times, sweeping the competition in the events against Incarnate word, Indian River State College, Alabama, and LSU
  • Crowned champion in both one-meter and platform diving at the Air Force Academy Diving Challenge
  • Team leader in all three diving categories: one-meter (391.05, Texas), three-meter (433.43, Texas) , and platform (425.65, SEC Championships)
  • Finished in the top ten in three-meter (753.65, ninth) and platform (721.15, sixth) at the NCAA Zone D Diving Championships

  • Has three siblings: Mikaela, Evan, and Jasaint
  • Intends to major in Sports Management
  • Has been diving competitively since the age of 14
  • Says he chose A&M “because in my opinion it is one of the top diving programs and academic programs in the U.S. There is no other school that has a spirit like the Aggies do.”
