All America: 200 Medley Relay (2025)

2024-25 (Fifth Year): 
  • Helped the 200 medley relay clock the second-fastest time in program history, 1:23.25, and place 13th at NCAA Championships to earn Honorable Mention All-America honors. 
  • Advanced to the finals in all three of his individual events, lowering his personal-best in the 100 fly (46.39). 
  • Clocked NCAA B-cuts with times of 1:41.75 in the 200 back, 46.74 in the 100 fly and 46.18 in the 100 back as the relay leadoff, while adding a season-best time of 1:46.96 in the 200 IM at the Art Adamson Invite. 

2023-24 (Senior):
  • Earned second swims in all three of his individual events, placing 13th in the 200 back after clocking a personal-best (1:41.45) in prelims and adding a career-best in the 100 fly final (46.59) at SEC Championships. 
  • Set a season-best in the 200 back, going 1:42.80 against SMU. 
  • Lowered his personal-best in the 100 back with a time of 46.06, while also posting a season-best time of 1:46.25 in the 200 IM at the Art Adamson Invite. 

2022-23 (Junior):
  • Lowered his best in the 200 back, going 1:42.21 at A&M's Last Chance meet.
  • Went a career-best 46.95 in the 100 back at American Short Course Championships.
  • Finished top-25 at SEC Championships in the 200 IM, clocking a personal-best 1:46.78.

2021-22 (Sophomore): 
  • Continued to drop time in the 200 back, going 1:42.24 at American Short Course Championships. 
  • Finished 14th in the 200 back (1:43.32), also adding points for the Aggies in the 100 back (46.95) and lowering his personal best in the 200 IM (1:47.04.
  • Was named to the CSCAA Scholar All-America Second Team and Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll. 
  • Earned the Most Improved Swimmer award at the annual team banquet. 

2020-21 (Freshman): 
  • Swam season-best times in the 100 back (49.40), 200 back (1:47.92) and 100 fly (50.57) in his collegiate debut at the First Chance Invite. 

Before A&M:
  • Spent three years competing at Waterloo Swimming under the direction of club coach Daniel Alvarez.
  • Set the club record in the 100 back (49.24) and 200 back (1:45.71).
  • Was also a three-year letterwinner at McNeil High School, where he holds three individual school records, 100 back, 100 fly, 500 free, and was a member of two school record-setting relay teams.
  • As a senior, claimed gold at regionals in the 100 back and 100 fly.
  • Earned all-state second team honors as a junior for his efforts in the 400 free relay and 200 medley relay, while also being named to the all-state honorable mention list for his performance in the 100 back.
  • Earned USA Swimming Scholar All-America honors as a junior.
